Guys I gotta work my day job this morning so will be attending this afternoon. And I WILL be on time today! I'm meeting the gals for lunch!

I will never in my whole life forget that show with Wendy Murphy. I was fast writing questions the whole time in awe that we had this long extended time with her to pick her brain. She's so used to soundbiting that it's like every word is packed with punch..and we had a whole hour of informative soundbites strung together!

It was impressive that you were able to absorb what she was saying while holding not one, not two, but three very detailed questions in your head. I don't remember if it was one of those which you temporarily forgot but -that- whole incident was freaking cute. And the question once you remembered it was another insightful one.

Really enjoyed hearing Wendy speak of (everything!) the incident when she cursed on HLN, which I heard live, and that it wasn't just blurted out, but was very very intentionally said in order to drive home a very specific point. And that point, of her disgust with the theme of Arias' defense, was so spot-on.

Does she still try cases? She would be SOMEthing to watch in a courtroom.

Thank you...and that cracks me up because that's one area of my life I feel anything but natural! haha I do think the genuine outrage I feel about that situation helped me not be so nervous.

If you were nervous you hid it well. I was glad you got out as much as you did, even with DD interrupting. Have you had a chance to watch it yet?

Ex parte refers to a motion or petition by or for one party. An ex parte judicial proceeding is on where the opposing party has not received notice nor is present .

She's a chameleon....Ted Bundy was too, I always thought...I also watched her yesterday run her finger pointing straight out under her nose...I think she was signaling ALV on the stand....and I just wanted to b!t@hslap her smiling about the Einstein comment...she thinks she's so smart and clever....can't wait until the Jurors give her the DP....This will be her on Judgement Daylease:

Strange you mention this. There was a show about 4am on Ted Bundy on ID last night. Very cunning person with no remorse. I saw her do that with her finger too and then immediately ran hand through her hair. I was sure it was a signal to ALV. AlV is always looking in the direction of defense as if looking for answers:what:

I find myself wishing for Samuels to be back on the stand. This woman is the most arrogant pig headed person I've seen. It's her way or the highway. No respect for the court, the victim, or their family.

I just want to shake a yes or no answer out of her.
