No you don't understand - my skirt was stuck up in to the TOP of my very unsexy spanx- and I walked past all the media and right past mike Kiefer almost in to the courtroom but a lady ambushed me in the anteroom area and saved me. I'm just sayin...this is how I roll, unfortunately . Dinner w the fam then notes by 9pm

Instability, high level of manipulation, immaturity, think about a teenager (yep that's our Jodi)

JA's mom alot of note taking--I bet this is helping her understand her daughter

Checking back and forth for today's "Courtroom Report" from KCL.......have we begun the start of "Epic" yet? I think so! I'm usually elsewhere on the site, but this evening I had to post here, and is there any accurate list of the rebuttal witnesses yet?

1 Efforts to avoid real/imagined abandonment

Jurors all very attentve,

Overstep boundaries, be intrusive , yep (her examples are so clear)

2 Unstable, intense personal relationships

"splitting" idealize or devalue/despise

We see that all over the place, surprised she didn't include her mother in this example

3. Identity disturbance

Jurors all very attentive, constant note taking, they don't stop with the pens.

Sense of identity not there, unstable, changing, constant shifting who she is based on who is in her environment

Wow haven't we seen that: Church of Vampires, then Church of Football, then Church of Mormon

Sorry if this has typing issue. I am a first time user and I just want to say thank you for all of the posters and users at this site. I have been reading this site for about a month and I love the sense of community here and the kindness the users show to each other.

KCL or anyone else in the courtroom - did anyone in the courtroom see the pencil sticking out of JA's shoe when she was in the jury box? That can't be allowed and I think goes to show her leanings to where she could have hidden knife or gun (per above). What do you think?

1995 on--consistent (word i can't read of my own writing) thoughts of suicide in her journals (haven't heard that before)

6. Affect instability--roller coaster--up and down , quick shifting emotions. Her parents described this

7. Chronic feeling of emptiness

She's felt that way since adolescence - interesting how much JD gleaned from her interviews...I suspect JA had no idea what she was after so was exaggerating certain things but also giving it away

8 Inappropriate intense anger

LONG sidebar...jjurors still note taking throughout this long sidebar re; this email..all on the front row except Trump who I don't think I've ever seen take a note

2/14/07--day she wrote this email, supposedly the day the "package" arrived which I've always suspected was fabricated now this email confirms it, to me. She supposedly gets this Valentine Package filled with spideys and melted chocolates yet writes this angst filled email. I suspect she wrote this because she expected a gift that never arrived.

JA over there just writing and writing nonstop, except she does read that email with the attorneys.

Is JA writing this line over and over "I will not look at you. I will not look at you"?

Long sidebar, JA keeps writing.

I think he had planned to use the exhibit but the Dr. said she needed to look at it to know the different points so that is why he had to copy it. Still it was probably more effective that he did have to write them.

She was the initial psychologist for the DT. She tested Arias and came up with PTSD diagnosis from the beatings JA suffered at the hands of TA. Dr DeMarte testified this am that Jodi told Dr Carp that she was continuously beaten by TA over a long period of time, which is what Carp based her diagnosis on.

IMO.

Signs the memory loss is BS:

Way she reports the memory loss--not consistent with what we normally see

Several hour gap

Jurors all attentive

Other inconsistencies w/ her report of events

--too long a gap in memory loss

--more people talk the more they gain memory vs lose it

Damn she's good describing this

THe more you talk about it, the re memories return

Another Katie (Kathleen when I was in trouble) here.

I made a comment earlier on twitter about how Jodi's dressed/kindergarten hair do (that my own kindergartner doesn't wear) is a world of difference compared to Dr. DeMarte and they're both the same age. I wonder if the defense will change up her look tomorrow.

The marked difference in Dr. DeM. and Jodi today hit me immediately. Knowing they are about the same age, one has risen to great heights in her life and career, and the other is a killer about to be on death row. I am sure Jodi must be jealous of the smart and professional Dr. DeM. and might even wish that she had done something differently with her own life.

Looked at 48 Hours, interrogation tapes and no hypervigilance..she doesn't miss a beat, noticed how doors slammed and other noises and she didn't jump.

You mean singing Christmas carols, wishing for makeup and headstands are not hypervigilance?

"She does not have PTSD" BOOM!

Strong fierce determination in her voice!
