NEW: Murder warrant issued for Aaron Pennington. Law enforcement has left the 400-acre wooded area where they have been searching for several days. It's unclear if they are calling off the search for the evening.

Police are searching for 33-year-old Aaron Pennington, accused of murdering his wife and fleeing. His children, aged 2, 5, 7, and 9, went to a neighbor’s house asking for help after their dad took off and their mom was gravely hurt. I'll be going live from the site of the manhunt in Gardner, MA as soon as I land.

Currently en route to Gardner, MA where a massive manhunt is underway for 33-year-old Aaron Pennington, accused of murdering his wife Breanne Pennington while his four children were home. His car was found last night & State Police are combing the a large wooded area.

My husband has a top secret clearance and it’s definitely a plus when job seeking. I would definitely have it on my professional profile. It just shows you were able to get cleared by the government to that level. MOO
Agreed. It's sort of a big deal to get top secret clearance. moo

“Get on side of bed-very close proximity to head. Put hole in her head.” More @boston25 5/6PM

Strange he had to write that down. Was he afraid he'd forget the plan?

Very strange. Was he having memory issues?

Honestly, I don't know what to make of this. Was he having memory issues? Was it a sick to-do list? Or something for him to relish on? Really creepy.

Clearly not a moment-of-passion crime. He planned and plotted (and wrote it down!).

I hope she didn't wake up as he "looked for nasal spray". Just when we think we have read it all.

Breanne Pennington's aunt posted a message on Facebook Thursday.

"My brother Jeff and his wife will be raising these four children. They will need counseling services and much more to heal from this traumatic event. As a family we will come together to support these children and give them the tools they need to overcome the events they witnessed," it reads in part.

"Every detail that comes to light casts another layer of violence and incomprehensible actions that led to Breanne's demise," it continued.

Thankful the children were spared and they have a loving family - and the family has the children to focus on.

Slightly confused about this photograph being released, and what LE believe is significant about it. It's blurry because of the lens flare, and doesn't look significantly different to his other pictures in the media. And it's eleven days before the murder, so it's not showing us his clothing at the time of the crime. Not saying they're wrong to release it, just perplexed as to why.

Yep, I was thinking it just like you wrote up it. I had to look at the time twice thinking it might be but the date?? Thanks.

Didn't they teach him not to write his top secret plans down in special security clearance school?
