Chilly - I agree with all of your posts this evening.

Im pretty sure you dont have to be a Anthony family member to have non-judgemental human compassion.

I dont care if the Anthonys did fail in many ways, who am I to judge??

:blowkiss:

Thank you.

Group hug, everyone?

Okay here goes...can't stand it any longer, lol

I lost a child who was hit by a car. Not the same thing as this I will grant you. I have not been in their situation and I think if we have learned anything from Day 31 when we all gathered here together, is if something this horrid ever happens to us we will have learned and painfully remembered this family's actions....they have shown us in detail the way not to handle tragedy.....they make my head hurt...I know they love their daughter but IMO they need to keep that in house....do not try to make the rest of the world love her...we understand they love her...we get it......Enough already....we won't ever love her and we want her sent away pronto.

I believe it was reported that they actually hired BC the day before Caylee's remains were found.

Hey CW.

BC himself said that he was hired on Tuesday, December 9th, (i.e. 2 days before,) but did not get to speak with the A's until Thursday, December 11th.

He stated this during his first or second press statement.

Knowing how KC felt about them all having Cindy's home-made chili without her on Caylee's birthday, I wonder how she feels about being left out of this little get-together at the Ritz.

I wonder, too, but I don't much care how she feels.

This is gonna sound awful...but even now if I think of Caylee laying out there it turns my stomach to where I don't even want to think of food and I did not even know her.

And I suspect you are mistaken altogether that they were "led around by the hand". They were well practiced at leading people around and I believe they knew long before.

Didn't BC mention he had paid for them to get that room? I recall something along those lines at the time. The freebies and perks they picked up while people were goaded into believing Caylee was alive by all those false sightings and while they continued soliciting donations are astounding to me.

On the day they returned and Caylee was found, I saw D Casey live on one of the stations down there and he said they had gotten a new lawyer and he had arranged to take them to an undisclosed location. They were about midflight when he gave that short interview because he said he had to get to the airport to meet them.

If I were not allowed to go to my home, I would stay with family or friends who cared about my grandbaby.

What the As did, as well as the rest of the people involved, was depraved in my opinion.

Me too. Why not stay at Lee's house or some extended family. I would want to be with my mother or brother, someone besides a couple of attys, a couple PIs, a spokesperson and a someone from ABC and a hotel full of strangers..

The A's accepted it? What were they supposed to do when they got off the plane after learning that Caylee's body had been found, they couldn't go home, and someone had booked them into the Ritz? Argue? "No, our beloved granddaughter's remains have just been found, please let us go to a Motel 6."

Do you know that the A's dined lavishly or that they even ate what they ordered? The dinner was described as being very somber, that doesn't sound to me like they were enjoying themselves and whopping it up.

Why not go into SECLUSION?..Wouldn't most do that after finding out their beloved 'murdered' GD had just been found? That she was thrown away like trash in an area littered with real trash!..That her precious little skull had fallen or rolled out of a trashbag!..But instead the A's choose to go out in PUBLIC with their spokesperson & some producer of ABC who made it possible for them to stay at the Ritz vs Motel 6! :waitasec:

Wouldn't most need SEDATION at this horrific time vs food, vs planning their next PR move, vs sealing a $$$ deal?

Their actions that day warrant any & all criticism thrown at them & they had to know it would but obviously they didn't care!

The A's excepted it and they dined lavishly as Caylee lay rotting in the woods. And people wonder that others have no compassion for them.

It seems that all the A's have gotten nice fringe benefits from Caylee's murder. The only person that deserved all this finery is Caylee.

It said the mood was somber, so it doesnt mean hey ate with gusto.....Im sure they were just glad not to have to go home where they figured would be a mob waiting, cant blame them.
And to be honest, from everything ive seen, they werent cheap with Caylee, she had everything. Ive never seen so many shoes for a little girl and the backyard playhouse, etc.
I blame all this horror on KC and SHE wasnt eating/staying at the Ritz:)

I really don't understand this. Are you saying it is okay for ABC to pay their mortgage?

My impression from the DC interview with LE is that LE was MOST concerned about ABC money going to Casey's defense.
