Abuse by staff members in temporary accommodation

Has anyone experienced abuse, ie. financial, sexual, emotional, physical abuse by staff members while in temporary accommodation?

While I'm sure someone has, I'm confused by the term "temporary accommodation." That sounds like it could mean anything from a hotel to a homeless shelter to jail.

Any abuse needs to be reported to police and also the local council where the temporary accommodation is located.

Moo... temporary accommodations while you wait to be rehoused... Nice.....though it doesn't sound perfect. Here in canada you just get to be homeless
