Accused DC Madam Commited Suicide *merged threads*

After listening to the person who was collaborating on a book with her on the news today, he swore she mentioned suicide no less than three times in the recent weeks. He believes there is no doubt she committed suicide. He also said she didn't really know the names of the men they serviced and therefore had no secrets to tell...so there was actually no motive for anyone in Washington to kill her over. He sounded pretty convincing to me.

Seriously,

As I've posted in an above link, this so-called author you were listening to is a known debunker. He was sent out by the hacks to refute any sort of 'suicided' claim.

Here's a snip from an article on Prisonplanet's website re: Moldea:

..."Moldea bills himself as an "investigative journalist," and is writing a book about the DC Madam case, but a closer look at his past activities proves that he is nothing less than an unreliable conspiracy debunker."

"Moldea's book about the RFK assassination is nothing more than an echo of the official story that has now been definitively discredited with the recent release of evidence proving there were multiple shooters in addition to Sirhan Sirhan."

“In 1995, Dan Moldea wrote his apologia for the LAPD… for their handling of the Robert F. Kennedy assassination,” writes Jim DiEugenio for Probe. It appears Moldea fabricated a Sirhan B. Sirhan quote. “Moldea had provided Sirhan B. Sirhan a chance to fact-check an eight-page report culled from his visits with the prisoner,” writes DiEugenio. Moldea claims Sirhan had wanted to shoot Kennedy between the eyes, but “that son of a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 turned his head at the last second.”

"Sirhan denied such an exchange and Sirhan’s brother Adel, present during Moldea’s visit, also denied the exchange took place. Moreover, Lynn Mangan, Sirhan’s chief researcher, found the comment hardly tenable. “I flatly deny making the statement Moldea ascribes to me in his book,” Sirhan declared in a letter to Mangan."

One more link re: Palfrey:

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/may2008/050108_madam_predicted.htm;

SNIP:

..."DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey predicted she would be "suicided" on several occasions both recently and as far back as 17 years ago - comments that now appear ominous in light of the announcement that the former head of a Washington escort service allegedly killed herself today."

"If taken into custody, my physical safety and most probably my very life would be jeopardized," she wrote in August 1991 following an attempt to bring her to trial, "Rape, beating, maiming, disfigurement and more than likely murder disguised in the form of just another jailhouse accident or suicide would await me," said Palfrey in a handwritten letter to the judge accusing the San Diego police vice squad of having a vendetta against her."

"During several recent appearances on The Alex Jones Show, Palfrey also said that she was at risk of being killed and that authorities would make it look like suicide. She made it clear that she was not suicidal and if she was found dead it would be murder."

"Palfrey had threatened to release the names of well-known clients of her upscale call girl ring in the nation's capitol, and had indicated that Dick Cheney may be one of them."

"We now know it goes at least as high as a United States Senator," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show, "I'm hearing rumors now from other people that there are other possibilities in that stratosphere so to speak, on that level."

"No I'm not planning to commit suicide," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show on her last appearance in March, "I'm planning on going into court and defending myself vigorously and exposing the government," she said."

Until I read this thread, a set up never crossed my mind.

I have that sick sinking feeling in my stomach.

Could it be a case of "protesting too much" or ...........I shudder to think. If Chaney is involved, it really wouldn't surprise me. Look at what he got away with in Tx. :bang:

This is what babydol Gibson said as well. She feels that she definitely committed suicide. She had talked to her attorney just prior. She also feels very strongly that the prosecutors saying 6 years is just a bunch of BS since it is moot at this point. The money laundering conviction alone had a 5 ish year sentence. She was also convicted of 4 counts of racketeering.

Regarding her references to not committing suicide what would we expect her to say in an interview ? Sure,I am going to kill myself soon!?

The mother's call to 911 is not one that I will ever forget hearing........if this was suicide.....how selfish to do so where her mother would be the one to find her. Dammit - another one to stay tuned on.

Anyone that watched Geraldo tonight has all the more reason to think Ms Palfrey's death was suspicious.

His guests were Alex Jones, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Jeanine Pirro and they all think this was murder! Even Geraldo, who took the 'suicide story' at face value after it occured, has changed his tune and is now calling for Gov Charlie Crist of FL to have the state attorney general do an investigation into this Deborah Jeane's death.

Geraldo at Large repeats in one hour, if anyone is interested.

LOL I would expect Geraldo to jump on the conspiracy theory story.

Why? When the story first came out, he seemed to have full faith in the initial suicide report. Apparently, only after hearing the many suspicious allegations did he change his mind.

Maybe you can catch the rerun that comes on in ten minutes?

Liz,
thanks, I'll try to catch the repeat.

You're welcome, philamena. :)

The madame suicide segment is on now.

Personally I don't know were to stand on this one. I can understand why somebody would want her dead, but I don't think anybody would be dumb enought to kill her and cause this story to be back in the news again. I can also see here going around planting this hitman story everywhere then hanging herself so that everybody will think it is murder. Then having an investigation started into this and causing all types of problems for the Johns. Also I do think she didn't want to go to jail because she knew she was going to get way more than 6 years.

The Prince of Darkness?? Hmmm, I don't think his heart condition could support that kind of, uh, stimulation, so if his name is being thrown around it is to cover someone else. (ducking)

I bet some ambitious sleuther could go back through the roles and take a look at the spat of resignations in the months for and aft...maybe there would be a few clues there....

Couldn't help but LOL at the last sentence. :)

From the picture that's emerging it looks like she didn't even have a lot of 'dirt' on anyone. Does anyone know if there even *is* a list of names? And if there is, anyone on there would be 'outed' as having screwed a hooker. No matter how high-up you are, is that really a reason to have someone killed over? The 'high-up' couldn't have killed her himself, they would have had to hire someone, which is a *lot* worse than having done a hooker, so if they are so worried about it coming out for having done a hooker, what's the sense of adding to this and now being worried to about being outed as having hired a hitman to kill the hooker's boss? The murder theory is starting to make less and less sense.

JanetElaine,

I can see you probably have not see/read my posts re: Palfrey's case. But if you do, you'll find most of the answers to your questions in those articles.

ABC news reporters (this is reported in mainstream news - I have posted the links) tried to do in depth reporting on this case, but were stopped -- by the Bush White House. And as you will read above, Palfrey's lawyers tried to release much of the information on this case, but the Judge blocked them from doing so.

Palfrey had a LOT on a LOT of people. This case was NOT just about prostitution.

Wayne Madsen, an investigative journalist, has written extensively about this case. I've posted threads to his articles up above as well.

Alex Jones appeared on Geraldo Rivera's FOX news program and spoke re: the Palfrey murder.

Here is a link (with video of some of that interview), with a snip to follow:

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/may2008/040508Jones.htm

SNIP:

..."One woman even says that the John's on Palfreys list-- including many high-level politicians-- should be revealed and prosecuted."

"Palfrey's hi-rise apartment manager in Florida says he saw Palfrey only days before her death when she told him a contract may be out on her life. Additionally, she made arrangments to secure her apartment for the next six years-- the approximate time she expected to be in prison--seemingly pointing to the idea that she expected to stay alive."

This was from Kim Ii's link:
>>The numerous examples of Palfrey stating that she would never commit suicide in addition to her condo manager and her own mother stating that she was not suicidal clearly provide justification for an exhaustive police and FBI investigation to be undertaken. Despite these glaring factors, the police who discovered Palfrey's body immediately ruled that no foul play was involved and closed the book<<

has there been an official ruling and the book closed?!Isn't this the initial police determination? I thought there was an investigation going on. I mean even the tox screens are still pending aren't they? careless journalism IMO.

Oh, I'm sure they'll go through the usual ropes -- make it all look good (as far as the investigation goes).

The cover-up has already ensued...case closed. That is, unless some big gun manages to get this thing to go places, her 'suicide' will REMAIN a suicide.

Years ago, my mom thought it was great that I was working for a guy running for California State Senate. I knew I wanted nothing more to do with politics -- it's dirty enough at the local levels, let alone with the D.C. creeps. You couldn't pay me to live there, or to become involved in the D.C. political circles. I'd have to wear knee high boots just to slog through every day life...

Palfrey knew she was going to be murdered. SHE KNEW. She had too much information on too many people and the story is, Cheney used her services before he became VP, and you know what hit the fan when this all came unraveled.

Here is a link to ABC NEWS REPORTER Brian Ross's interview re: the whole Palfrey mess. (For those of you who may be bothered listening to Alex Jones' take on this, because he is a so-called conspiracy theorist), then listen to this. Ross states the same things Jones does, and he is well-known mainstream ABC news reporter.

Here's a snip of an article featured right below Ross' interview. I'll provide the snip, with the video link below:

..."Dick Cheney was a client of the all exclusive "Emporer's Club" which provided high end escorts to politicians, corporate executives, and anyone willing on paying the price, an average of $11,000 for just a couple hours."

"Vice President Cheney, while CEO of Halliburton, was a client of the escort service of DC Madam, Deborah Jeane Palfrey. In addition, one of Cheney’s closest military advisers and friends was also a client of the DC Madam’s Pamela Martin & Associates escort service. Cheney used the escort service while he was a part time resident of the posh Ballantrae section of McLean, Virginia."

"ABC News’ Brian Ross revealed that the list of customers of an alleged Washington-based prostitution service includes White House and Pentagon officials as well as prominent attorneys."

“There are thousands of names, tens of thousands of phone numbers,” Ross said. “And there are people there at the Pentagon, lobbyists, others at the White House, prominent lawyers — a long, long list.” Ross added that the women who worked for the service, potentially as prostitutes, “include university professors, legal secretaries, scientists, military officers.”

"On Friday, Ross (KIM: THIS WOULD BE BRIAN ROSS/ABC NEWS) broke the news that U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Randall Tobias had frequented the escort service. Ross added new details to that story tonight, recounting how he asked Tobias in a telephone interview “if he knew any of the young women, their names. He said he didn’t remember them at all. He said it was like ordering pizza.” Under President Bush, Tobias oversaw a program helping men in poor countries “develop healthy relationships with women.”

"Deputy Secretary of State Randall L. Tobias submitted his resignation Friday, one day after confirming to ABC News that he had been a customer of a Washington, D.C. escort service whose owner has been charged by federal prosecutors with running a prostitution operation."

"Tobias, 65, director of U.S. Foreign Assistance and administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), had previously served as the ambassador for the President's Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief."

"A State Department press release late Friday afternoon said only he was leaving for "personal reasons."

I think Gibson has a lot of the names and she will reveal them for sure. But since the names are so high level, it supports Gibson's claims that saying she was going to be sentenced to 6 years probably is a bunch of BS. She was going to go away for a long time and I think she knew it. the judge can even sentence her to consecutive jail terms for all her convictions. that can really add up.
Do you have any thoughts as to why they didn't bring her up on the state charges of pimping and pandering? My understanding is that she just didn't generate the numbers to rise to the level of RICO , money laundering etc that she was convicted of.
