UPDATE 2: Weirton PD calling units back from the scene; reporting situation has stabilized

"According to reports, officers have surrounded a residence at a trailer court in the area

At least one ambulance was seen leaving the scene. In addition to Hancock County units, police units from Brooke County and the West Virginia State Police were on scene.

The shooter allegedly threatened to start shooting inside the New Manchester Dollar General."
