Actor Pernell Roberts Dead (Bonanza)

Actor Pernell Roberts has died at age 81. He died at his Malibu home from pancreatic cancer. He was the last Cartwright brother from "Bonanza" to die.

Actor David Canary (Candy) from "All My Children" is the last "Bonanza" star alive. At least I think so.

I had a huge crush on Pernell Roberts when I was just a little thing. While everyone was swooning over Michael Landon "Little Joe" on Bonanza,I was swooning over "Adam Cartwright".

I am sorry to hear of his death. Had no idea he was 81.

Pernell Roberts' son was Jonathan "Chris" Roberts. He died in April 1989. Chris Roberts was a fugitive from the DEA for drug dealing. He was thrown out of Franconia College for drugs and prostitution pimping.
