After a year, the drug busts, other arrests...do you think Haleigh will get justice?

I'm not sure if a judge would agree to that or not (Hank & Lisa's vehicle) - maybe somebody here who knows more about the criteria needed in order to get approval for legal audio/video surveillance and/or GPS tracking can share with us - As we all know from Caylee's case, PI's will and often do use these tactics regardless, but it's always best if LE is in charge of the operation due to chain of evidence issue(s)... IMO it causes more problems in a case when PI's (or others) do it. JMO ~

If there is going to be any justice for Haleigh I believe it will be coming in the next 6 months or so. It is a big IF and it involves what Misty knows and spills. If she talks it is going to take time to come out we are not going to kow about it for awhile until LE can investigate yada yada yada... I still don't think she was home when Haleigh was taken, now wether that means Haleigh was with her somewhere other then the MH or Haleigh was at the MH without supervision I am not sure.

Who doesn't know what a child they put to bed and/or bathed was wearing? what if she really wasn't babysitting and TN, who offered to pay was there...I so want to hear what cars neighbors saw at that house from 4 to 10 pm.......

I think this case will be solved one day. Sometimes after several years sitting in prison people talk. Sometimes it doesn't take that long. (ex; Manson)

Oh yeah. I definitely think Haleigh will get justice one day. I can't say when. I don't think the lightbulb has flickered on yet to Misty that she's not getting out.

LE needs a confession and a body. They may never get both but I believe they will have one or the other eventually.

tsvicki, I'm under the same impression. My hope has not dimmed a bit. I have faith in LE and although we are not privilaged to any of the investigation, I believe LE is very close to turning this around.
I don't however, believe Misty will tell all. I think there is someone else waiting in the wings willing to put the final touch on this. Someone Misty and Ron are aware of and hoping keeps silent. No proof of that. Just a feeling I have. But I do believe Misty will help due to her own desire to get out of jail. She seems frantic about being released. jmo

I seen 3:dance:& the 11 last night on the Astrology thread March 11. (11 from the Dreams thread a few months back & of course we all know where the 3 comes from)

I think LE is just waiting now for that moment of TRUTH that will close this case & bring HaLeigh home. Truth.......I had my moments on LE:banghead: but I truly believe LE was waiting til Misty turned 18 yrs old. They gave her 10 months to fill in the blanks & she picked the wrong road. OOPs

So as for right now I am looking forward to this date & if it comes & goes without any progress I will find another date or another hope to sit here & wait for LE to bring HaLeigh home & justice to be served! Besides I enjoy the company here.

I have watched to many true life crime stories on TV and I know that with all the new forensic stuff they have, I think that one day it will be solved, and remember there was a statement that said something along the lines of the evidence they found at the MH, we have no clue what that evidence is.
Also the fact that LE does not appear to be actively searching for a live Haleigh and the fact that TM stated LE told him he was not needed leads me to beleive that they have proof Haleigh is no longer alive, but they just dont know where she is or who did it, and let me tell you it breaks my heart to say that because I have tried to hold on to the fact that she may still be alive, but we have to face facts, this is not a case like ES.

Adalena - I tend to agree with you. Right now, none of these folks are willing to say anything. Right now they all seem to think this is some kind of bargaining chip or that "they are only trying to scare us". Don't know how long it will take for all of them to go to trial but I suspect none will say boo until after they hear their sentences read for drug trafficking.

Today, we saw Donna B's motion for reduced bail denied - it is obvious to me that the SA is fighting with everything they have to keep these folks in jail, that they have every intention of prosecuting to the max, and there aren't going to be any deals at all until someone comes clean about Haleigh.

I think they are all going to be shocked come sentencing time, and they are all going to learn that while on earth, it is not just God alone that can judge them.

Not sure how long it takes but, I think its going to take a judge telling Misty your going to jail for 118 years before she's like "hey wait.... I'll tell you where Haleigh is, just let me out"

This is one thing I have been wondering about....I don't want LP to bail her out and from a defense attorney's perspective I can see where Fields doesn't want LP involved...but we know the conversations are recorded...can't LP just go talk to her...sorry and I agree everyone deserves a fair defense...but dang it all..I couldn't live with myself if, as an attorney, I was helping someone get away with harming a child....This is one of the reasons (the lawyers) that I think this case could be at a stalemate for a long time.....

Some victim's like Kathleen Savio/Stacy Peterson had to wait and is still waiting for her Justice..........
but the perp is in jail. That's good enough for me;
OJ got his sentence on kidnapping and not murder of Goldman/Nicole..........but he's in jail.
Same with Ron, Misty, as long as they are in jail..........that's just fine with me.
It's their fault that Haleigh is missing IMO, let them rot for drugs, they are off the streets!
I do think Haleigh will get her justice, in time.
My wish is she would have a proper burial because, I believe she was gone to heaven that night.
Pure neglect, guns and drugs............JMO
