Maybe found "in a drum" like the remains found in Lake Mead, inside a drum? If that was the case and the "drum" was found somewhere along the Kuskokwim River, could this JD be the MP Thomas W. Snyder?

Thomas was last seen on 08/26/1994 in a boat with five passengers en-route to Napaskiak from Bethel. The boat hit a big wave and overturned. All passengers had been drinking. Two were rescued and two bodies were recovered but Thomas has not been located.

Both the UP and the MP have zero exclusions.

I guess if he was in a drum, he'd have been killed and placed in it right?

Not necessarily. The river flow could have moved the head to the resting place, which, in this case, was the drum. MOO JMO

Yeh. It's just a confusing listing in general.

1993- Oscar Huey Willie is presumed to have drowned in the Kuskokwim River between Napakiak and Napaskiak.

1991- Roderick H. Blanket, Jr. fell in the river while driving a snow machine. The snow machine was recovered with the key in the ignition and it was on.

Both have zero exclusions.
