Suspecting this is someone that drowned off the coast but unsure of who it is. For anyone searching, I'd recommend searching for potential drowning victims in Alaska using Namus. Can't seem to find the face shape or how they could end up there, but this Doe has DNA so a match potential wouldn't hurt
