Emmanuel was last seen in Delta Junction, AK on 07/08/2012. His car was located parked at a local bluff overlooking the Tanana River on the evening of 07/09/2012. He is known to climb the cliff and adjacent bridge crossing the river. Searches of the area resulted in negative results.
