OK.. wanting clarification.. is his house the one on spurr. Lane that was searched yesterday?

When the house search made the news yesterday , I did a google street view of that road and matched the house. The house does look different on the front now compared to the google "street view" images of 2009.. However their is a contractor truck in the driveway and when looked at from an angle, one can make out a phone # on the side of the truck. I searched this phone # and it came up with Keyes Construction. So either he lived there or he was doing work there approximately 3 yrs ago. I would say it was definitely related.

Hmmmm ...in reading his work specialties it seems as tho yet we have another custom cabinetry man as a prime suspect of yet another woman's abduction/disappearance(ie. Dale Smith Jr)

But according to a charging document filed in at an East Texas federal courthouse, Keyes is charged with access device fraud, a charge typically levied against an individual who uses another person's bank or credit card to retrieve funds.

Markiewicz would not comment on whether police believe Keyes abducted Koenig or what led the authorities to him.

Just after Keyes was arrested, police served a search warrant at a house near Clay Products Drive and Spurr Lane, in Anchorage's Turnagain neighborhood. Markiewicz said Keyes -- a construction company owner believed to be its sole employee -- lived at the house recently. Detectives have served nearly 40 search warrants in Anchorage at residences and to get phone records, Markiewicz said.

Tasker said James Koenig told her he does not know Keyes or anything about him.

"Never met him, never seen him," Tasker said. Has no clue what connection he may have to his daughter. To his knowledge his daughter doesn't know him either."

A TV station in Lufkin, Texas, KTRE, first reported on Keyes' arrest.

Thanx for asking as I thought the arrest was today and thus that the home search led to the arrest. Seems to be the reverse.

Perhaps his AK driver's license led to the address of the search? Just speculating.

Interesting comment from someone who claims to know the people living there!

Depending on when LE/FBI began looking for him, they may have already known about the Spurr Lane address (rather than from the arrest and his driver's license).

That Spurr Lane house may not be "his"...I may have mis-read or made an assumption. Thought I read that it was his house. A comment on the link I posted said that it was owned by a family that wasn't currently staying there and they're good people. Perhaps they had rented it to him or he did work on it?

I do find it disturbing how LE make the bold STATEMENTTHAT ISRAEL IS THE ONLY ONE ARRESTED AND THE ONLY PERSON THEY ARE ZEROED IN ON.. sadly that does not bode well for Samantha's well being..

No, it doesn't, clu. I notice Marciewicz has changed his opinion.

"We investigated as if she's alive. We haven't found her. We don't know what happened with her. We're concerned. We don't know if she's alive," Markiewicz said.

... and yet "Detectives with the Anchorage Police Department said they still do not know whether Koenig, is alive or dead, but call the arrest part of a multi-jurisdictional investigation into her whereabouts.

I have never seen a police department that can dodge bullets like Anchorage.
