So here is what we know:

- There's a sealed indictment

- Police have served over 40 search warrants and apparently intend to serve more in Texas

- There's a potential risk that IK will retaliate against somone (or perhaps the other way around) if he is released.

All of this indicates that IK is not the only player.

I think she would have to go with him quietly if he had a gun, as alleged in at least one article. I am not convinced that this is any kind of a plot involving others...a lot of the rumors posted on the various sites on the internet are probably just that, rumors, i.e the $3000, etc...so no reason for me to believe anything else out there, not verified by LE, at this point. Someone obsessed with Sam would do this on his own, if that was the motive, and thinking he got clean away, not bother to clean out his car. A pro job of any kind would not have left evidence for LE to find more than a month later, IMO.

That is sad. That is not true... Oh well you know everyone is going to have there own opinions on this. But I do not believe this is the case. I wish they would focus the attention on trying to help find her or spread the word regarding IK and if anyone knows him or has information that can be brought forward to help.

That is my assumption. It's in the middle of what appears to be Mountains/Forest. Tax roll says single family home, but the value is 29k, so a cabin makes sense. Property 9.99 acres.

I assume LE knows this already!

I am not sure why everyone is thinking that IK's charges relate to a credit card belonging to Samantha? Did I miss something? I know the charge is access device fraud but I can't see where anything is mentioned. And if he does have her card that is a theft of credit card no?
They found something in the car, he was arrested with access device fraud on Tuesday and APD confirmed that on Thursday. It was reported in Lufkin on the day but only because people saw him being taken into custody from a restaurant window.

When I hear evidence in a car I don't think a single credit card. Wouldn't mind betting that charge has been used to hold him and is totally unrelated.

Reyes could be an alias by mistake. If a collection agency, credit agency, mortgage company, etc hastily entered his name into a database for an application and made a typo, that stays with a person forever. I know I have several "wrong middle initials" and an "incorrect SSN" that pops up because of a very lazy mortgage broker.

That would be the Trout River. This is a tiny little hamlet in the mountains.

My imagination is running sprints right now, but I'm sure it's all for naught.
