Uputaua is listed on NAMUS:

Log into Facebook Her FB. I can't find ANY sort of MSM about her being missing, which is kind of unusual for one that's been posted to NAMUS.
Hi - I've posted a few people who are missing in Alaska lately, and sadly I haven't found any news or publicity about them online. Frustrating and disappointing.

@ErinC : If that's the correct FB account, the dates are off -- her last post is October 28, and the date of last contact is October 23.

I think I may have also stumbled upon her address from voting records - I put it into Google Maps and compared it with her last known location according to NAMUS and it was an 11 minute drive away, so it could be possible she's close to home.

She had two minor traffic tickets, one in 2022, and one in 2023. https://records.courts.alaska.gov/eaccess/searchresults.page

As far as ger address, if you check the White Pages there's a M. Alo age 28 also at the same address, as well as a S. Pelenato, age 64, at the same address as well.
I can't seem to see any info about M. Alo on White Pages (probably because I'm outside the US), but there's also a P. Alo in their 60s at the address too. According to voter records, P. Alo is female and S. Pelenato is male - maybe these people are her parents or grandparents?

The M. Alo was 28 so I was thinking a sibling, and the older persons parents or grandparents as well. Likely a family home, lots of young adults living at home in their 20's now.

Just found a recent blog post about Uputaua's disappearance, does anyone happen to have membership for this site to access the full thing?

I've personally never heard of Crime Solvers Central (and their "about" page is dated 2025) and it doesn't give you much more than "teaser" info that's available on the web to get you to pay to sign up. So I'd not join myself. Maybe someone here is more familiar with it. But even if viewable in full without a fee I don't think we can link as it's not an approved media source as it might be considered "rumor".

I see, it's tricky 'cause I want her to be found poor girl, but I understand why we can't link to it!

Her NamUs page has been removed.
Interesting... I also just had a quick look at her FB and there's two recent photos of her (one from Feb and one from March) - doesn't necessarily mean she's been found though, right?
