There is a woman named Amanda Elaine Johnson, 38 at the time, who was arrested in October 2014 on drug charges in neighboring Morgan County. Unfortunately there is no mugshot, so we cannot know for sure if it's the same person.

I believe these are different individuals. The lady that was found deceased is 32, while the missing lady was 37 in 2014. Also, the last name of the missing lady is Johnson while the deceased lady is Johnston with a T.
