Why would someone brutally attack and murder a young girl?? Poor Amberly.

I am thinking that she might have witnessed something, no proof though.

Now I'm even more sure a dark green SUV didn't come to the house and take her. She was found behind the house. So sad.
ETA I expect a SA to have taken place prior to the murder. jmo

So, the neighbors didn't really look for her before calling LE. They would have found her so near the home. jmo

I'm thinking now that the green vehicle 'sighting' may be a 'red herring' after all.

Yes, kkdj, I have rethought that aspect yet again, and now I totally am in agreement that the green vehicle is indeed a 'red herring.' I mean, even if there was one, IMO it was simply someone looking for an address or similar.

1 PM- presser with no real info other than search into Cherokee County and Georgia
3 PM- presser confirms child found deceased

That’s a good thought, I would still think it would be fairly light out. But really it’s hard to speculate with out knowing if it was overcast etc. Although if I had to bet, I would guess what ever happened, probably happened well before she was reported missing moo
