So glad I had a father in law enforcement, taught me how to fight back, be aware of my surroundings, leave evidence for dna, and look anyone around you in the eye it makes them feel inferior! I was once in a situation at a gas station where a man tried to get in my car. I ran inside yelled loud call 911. Was one of my dads informencents and tried to follow me home. Swat team came in quick. I never drive the same route home ever I change my routine always and have taught both my kids the same

It’s always amazing to me how one can completely destroy an entire families lives (Aniah’s) and yet still be so concerned about his own family. His biggest concern here was if he can call his family to let them know he’s ok.

Hey dude how about Aniah’s family?
Exactly what I was thinking. Oh Aniah doesn't get to tell her family she is okay, but you think you should be able too. I actually think he is trying to get a message to someone to help him, get him out, move Aniah, etc. JMO

I've been following, though I'd rather not. It's very upsetting and painful. This subhuman dangerous brute should never have been walking the streets. It's horrific. Poor Aniah, and her grieving family. It's unspeakable.
She was buying a bag of chips fgs!
I keep seeing her in the last video, of Aniah in the store, alive, minding her own business.
The last videos always haunt me..MacKenzie, Hannah Graham, many other young women....
The video in court was chilling...Aniah didn't have a chance against this horrible monster.
Such evil, no-one is safe.

Hey I’ve been silent for so long as I am in the Va area and always saddened by things like this it hit close to home because one of my coworkers still remains missing after so many years.. but guys how strange was that letter to the judge involving the attempted murder with the police officers (I’ll never understand how he got outta that one) and to request his juvenile record be sealed??? He’s seemingly been a monster for a long time

She could have done everything right and still not won against him. He is that evil.

That was my immediate thought as well. Moo he is highly manipulative. They better not take their eyes off him for a second. I don’t think he has a limit to what he will do, and his history indicates he doesn’t have a conscience. I don’t know that a more dangerous combination exists than that.
Me too! I don’t think for a second he was thinking of his mama. He’s wanting to know which “brother” ratted him out. MOO

If a witness saw the abduction, did they call 911? Has anyone heard?

Many more involved here! All these perps need to be given the worst interrogation! Karma it will come around
Agree! I know we can’t post here, but people who obviously know him (they are posting photos of themselves with him) are saying some really interesting stuff on Facebook.

Also, if he and his friends really talk/write the way they post on FB, then I am totally at a loss for who sent the Snapchat messages. I can’t picture any of them stringing “I’m so, so sorry” together, punctuation and all.

I too was wondering about this witness. First I heard of a witness seeing her being pushed into her car by the suspect who then drove off. 2 weeks later and witness is now giving a statement? Or LE knew about witness and kept quiet about it?

Or I just missed details about it while trying to keep up.

There’s not really a timing to any of it. We are going off the probable cause for the warrant that was released today. No mention of a 911 call. My personal opinion (for what it’s worth) is that someone recently stepped forward with an eye witness account in hopes of getting the award money. And since there was prior mention of at least one accomplice, but no further mention from LE since IY was identified and arrested, I think that eye witness is the accomplice and he has struck a deal. MOO

Surely they have surveillance footage of what the eye witness is describing outside of the chevron station?

Thank you for sharing the video!
I really have to make 3 observations, after watching it.

1. When he enters the room, he sort of stares at the cameras and, as he's walking, he keeps looking. I don't really know how many were there, but by his reaction, I would guess it wasn't just one, and he seems quite surprised;

2. He seems very surprised when it was stated that he was being charged with "homicide", he turns his head back to look at the person saying that, and then stares at the Public Defender, who tells him something like "it's the charge" and he still stares at him, until the other person corrects that the charge is "kidnapping", and that's just then that he goes back to looking straight. It's like he got scared for a second and thought that she was maybe found. I'm guessing he has been following the news very closely;

3. Considering his very long record, I'm surprised by the fact that it seems like he doesn't know how to act in this situation, and doesn't quite seem to know or understand what is happening, which makes no sense because he had to be through it several times before.
I have worked in mental health for many years. Moo...The body language of everyone involved and then the slip-of-the-tongue when the charge was stated were all very telling. Even the suspect’s attorney is scared of him for good reason. The suspect looks “off” and looking at him made me feel unnerved. If I saw him in public, I would feel the hairs on the back of my head stand up and then immediately go the other way. Again...moo...I fear a murder charge is coming soon, but the Florida court wanted him gone ASAP-they couldn’t wait to extradite him to wash their hands of him and make him Alabama’a problem. The judge was mainly trying to “CYA” by following procedurals so she could get him gone. The suspect is not mentally stable or all there. He will probably try to use that to get off, but he is very dangerous. Him likely having mental issues does NOT excuse him from being responsible for willingly hurting other people. IF it is determined that he killed her, I think the world would be much safer without him in it. And if he gets the phone call he’s so worried about, they better record it. I think his child’s Mama and his own mother are enablers who would participate in his evils to try to save him; imho that makes them evil, too.

I wondered if, in the state of FL, they had only a certain amount of time they could wait before they had to give him his phone call. I read somewhere that in Nevada it was like 3 hours. Is it possible that’s why the hearing was changed to this afternoon so he’d be back in AL custody before he could make a call. They don’t want to give him something for nothing...like you tell us x.y.z. And we’ll see if we can get you that call?

There is a reputable reporter who has written “there are unconfirmed reports that her body has been found.” She wrote it with an attached article about the suspect’s extradition. She posted this on her news agency’s social media page. Does this qualify as SM or news?? If it’s SM, I’ll take this post down. But if it’s news, I’ll show you the screenshot...
