I think the point diggndeeperstill is trying to make is there is that no evidence thus far released by the police that yazeed is the one who harmed her.

There is one witness that claims to have seen him force her into a vehicle, We don't know which vehicle that is, or who else was in that vehicle. Or who the witness even is. The police say he did not act alone. Its just as possible one of his accomplices harmed her as it is for him to have harmed her.
Exactly, that was my point. We don’t know WHO inflicted her injury. We know HE was seen forcing her into A vehicle according to the affidavit or HER vehicle according to ABC news.

Also, it is not clear if the life threatening injuries were sustained in her vehicle, or if Aniah was placed in her vehicle after she was harmed and then lost a lot of blood in her vehicle. We just don't have that kind of detail at the moment.

And we have yet to see the arrest affidavit that the ABC referenced that said Aniah was forced into her own vehicle.

A witness outside an Alabama convenience store said he saw the man arrested in the disappearance of Aniah Blanchard force the 19-year-old stepdaughter of UFC fighter Walt Harris into her own car and kidnap her, according to an arrest affidavit.
Witness saw suspect force missing 19-year-old into car against her will: Affidavit
This is interesting you shared again. Either ABC has more info than the rest of us or they are totally wrong. But they referred to the witness OUTSIDE the chevron.
With all due respect they would not have brought TES into search for Aniah if there wasn't valid reason to think she's deceased. I hate to be blunt about it all but she is no longer with us. It's more than clear that she's not. I'd like to have hope but I don't. It's hard to considering they are saying she's a victim of foul play, suffered a life threatening injury in her vehicle, and have significant amount of blood evidence found that matched her DNA in her car.
I agree, they said she sustained a life threatening injury. I’m actually broken hearted for her mom especially who seems to be only hanging on by the hope she is alive. Unless LE is wrong about that life sustaining injury, which I don’t imagine.
My point was we don’t know WHO inflicted that injury.

additionally. By me saying that, does not mean for a second that I am standing up for this guy. I’m just trying to say we don’t have the WHOLE picture.

Oh my goodness! Nice catch! Thank you for sharing! That gives me so much more hope! If they have hers, they have his. She’s have been waking to her car I’m sure.

Exactly, The auburn police department stated they knew there was no damage to her car while at the store during a video interview they did on Nov 1st so they obviously knew about it having no damage at that time before they gave that interview. Aniahs video inside the store was released just a few day's prior to that interview so i bet they looked at the outside footage at the same time which is where they may have observed aniahs car with no damage and also this grey or silver car yazeed was observed leaving in.

Can someone more tech savvy than me explain how you could pinpoint the time the phone went off/dark? Would the same phone/data records that gave you that information also give location info up to 11:57?

We require my step children to turn on location services when they stay with us. We receive a notification that says ‘Jane Doe started sharing location services on XYX date at ABC time.’ Likewise, when they go back to their mom’s house, they turn off location services. We receive the same notification that says ‘Jane Doe stopped sharing location services etc.’ When life 360 is on, there are even options that will notify you when your child (or whoever is sharing locations with you) is speeding or driving erratically or abruptly stopping frequently. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if they are using drones?

Here is what Texas Equusearch's Founder and Director Tim Miller said in an interview by WRBL News reporter Elizabeth White:

[03:21] Tim Miller: Yeah, we do have a drone here and the drone does have some software that can actually pick out colors and stuff. And, uh, and we--we literally got something that was really exciting about late last night at about 2 o'clock in the mornin', goin' through all the images. Went out there this mornin' and--and it wasn't what we was hopin' it was. Uh, but it's showin' that the software really is workin' well.

The cowardly accused must have a weak spot of some kind, it needs to be recognized and manipulated in order to make him talk and help locate Aniah.
Is he sensitive about his "mommy"? masculinity? food? pain (his own of course) ghosts? what??
imo, speculation.
Police: Missing UFC fighter's stepdaughter suffered life-threatening wound
"You could see the evil on his guy," Walt Harris told WBRC-TV about seeing Yazeed inside the closed hearing. "It's hard to put into words what you're feeling in that moment other than rage. You just want to make him feel our pain and understand how hard this has been -- what you're doing to a family."

Walt Harris and Blanchard's mother, Angela Harris, say they still hope their daughter will be found alive.

"It's tough. It seems like every day's getting harder and harder," Angela Harris told WBRC-TV. "We don't know where she's at."

Both parents said they hope Yazeed will begin providing information.

"We have him, we have his physical body, but he's not talking," Walt Harris said."

Where’s Aniah

Unless one of the people on the video from the store was someone known to LE from prior arrests and they tracked them down, brought them in to question. Accomplice talks and strikes a deal.

But why would the police be referring to an accomplice as a witness? I don't understand how they would be getting a deal that included getting to be referred to as a witness? Especially not before they reveal where Aniah is.

Thank you! I do agree with you on that camera! Adding some pics to see if you think these items are cameras I’ve circled.

Possibly i did try and zoom on those but couldn't be sure.

According to court records filed Tuesday morning, prosecutors argued that Yazeed's "extensive history of violent criminal offenses," the fact he was on bond at the time of Blanchard's alleged kidnapping and that he fled to Escambia County, Florida as evidence for the no bond.

District Judge Russell Bush agreed, according to the order.

In the same filing, Bush also ruled that "the parties and any potential witnesses" in the case are "prohibited from making any statements to members of the media, or directly discussing their involvement in this case or any current or future trial proceedings with members of the media."

It was posted at one tie that the tires on her car showed signs of having been driven off road - dirt road evidence.
I still think she is in the Tuskegee forest. Lots of places there for someone to hide anything.

The Affidavit Charging Crime reads as follows: “Had probable cause for believing and does believe that Ibraheem Yazeed did abduct another person with intent to hold him or her for ransom or reward, use him or her as a shield or hostage, accomplish or aid the commission of a felony or flight therefrom, inflict physical injury upon or to violate him or her sexually, terrorize him or her or a third person, or interfere with the performance of any governmental or political function, against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.”

That does help, thanks! I was just wondering if they had more details about her location between the Chevron and midnight. Hopefully so.

In Alabama, first-degree kidnapping is a Class A felony. The suggested bond range for a Class A felony is $10,000 to $60,000 but can be modified for a number of factors including if the suspect’s appearance at any court hearings could not be assured and if the suspect’s release would pose a real and present danger to the public.

Yazeed had a rare Sunday court hearing which was not open to the media. Lee County District Judge Russell Bush granted the district attorney’s bond request. “The court is satisfied that the defendant is a danger to the public,’’ Bush wrote.

Snip

Auburn attorney Elijah Thomas Beaver was appointed to represent Yazeed who, in court records, indicated he does not have a job and does not receive money or benefits from any other sources. Yazeed has one child and, records state, did not initially request a preliminary hearing in his case.

I have been looking back at some of the very early articles regarding this case and noticed a few of them state the following...

Upon the vehicle's recovery, damage had occurred from the time it was last seen on Wednesday, Oct. 23, just before midnight in Auburn and its recovery in Montgomery on Oct. 25.

Later articles go on to state it was last seen around 12:30pm on south collage street, it sounds like it was seen just before midnight and then once they received the data from the traffic light camera it was seen again at 12:30pm

Interestingly his attorney defended a murderer who had also been acquitted by a GJ for lack of evidence and walked the streets for 10 years before he was finally found guilty.

Nope I don’t think he has a weak spot. I don’t even think he has heart or soul. He’s not gonna talk. But those other “potential witnesses” just may. Moo
