Motels or inns have people who stay out of town always , and most are looking for drugs or sex when away from home. I grew up with a father on the swat team, fdle, and a Vietnam vet, and I know that people who dont have a stable job or home frequently stay in such locations. I feel she fought for her life and he didn't expect that. I hope she pulled hair from them and skin to leave DNA behind. I learned at 5 yrs old if you pee yourself they'll less likely rape you. Sick world and sick people

I understand that. My point is if he was an informant and didn’t break any laws, he wouldn’t be arrested right now.
He broke his bond in Montgomery by being linked to her kidnapping. Different county , the other law enforcement has no say. Hes stupid, he 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 up because someone was putting him up in a different location. That's why he wants to go back to Montgomery

I would imagine most footage from the surrounding area is gone at this point. My office cameras only keep 3 days worth of footage. If the police didn’t collect the videos in the first 48 hours, they likely don’t exist. :/

Exactly. I’m wondering if he could be in custody? And why is it OK to give his name out?
I looked at the Escambia county bookings for the same day as IY and didn’t notice anything. I’d assume if they arrested DJ it would have been at the same time. Has anyone else looked?

1. Don’t you think Dave Johnson could simply have been an Uber driver who picks up a guy in Montgomery and agrees to drive him to wherever Florida and then realizes at some point that the man he’s transporting is wanted so he makes the guy get out of the car and then calls police.

2. And... About that Lincoln...we cannot put that to rest because I don’t give a flyin’ flip about what this detective says, LE did not list it on IY’s POI bulletin because they got a tip from a New York psychic!

Thanks. I hope LE was thinking ahead on this.

I know I will sound crazy here but since I was a child I've been given an ability to feel and see surroundings I shouldn't. After being molested at 5 things were very intense with dreams. Recently in the last 2 yrs I've been in therapy for such said. I'm a Christian, and I dont believe in anything other than God. With that said I still have intuition. MOO IY was not alone, he was in Auburn frequently because of ties he had with higher up people. Hes being used as the soul person in kidnapping because hes lower than they are. Yes hes guilty , however there are more. Sex, drugs trafficking, and other things. Because hes been in more trouble than those above him hes being framed. I think the motel turns there heads because they profited from one or the other. He was not alone.
Wow, that’s all I can say.

Moo If the court and LE are so concerned with protecting the identities of those involved for fear IY might make them disappear, then why were they so forthcoming with naming this “Dave Johnson” guy -if that even is his name?

I haven’t read through all the posts lately, it’s too hard to keep up. But, how did the gas station not catch the kidnapping on camera?

I wanna know who drove him to Florida , because he had to be dropped off. He was found walking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are so many questions about who was hiding him during this time! Also if he was staying at the hotel or with someone who was they would have to check out of the room, not unless the hotel is involved in a sex/ prostitution / drug area.
It came out of the hearing that a man named David Johnson drive him to Florida. The detective testified to that. There was video of it in one of the articles that showed bits of his testimony.
Edit: I saw someone already mentioned that. However, if anyone looks up a criminal record. Might not be under Dave Johnson...could possibly be under David.

Totally agree!

But she fought back , he killed her because he couldn't control the situation, and had others involved

Just a reminder, you need to add some IMOs or MOOs or JMOs, unless you have some MSM or LE to back it up.

Please for the love of this board start putting “in your opinion” IMHO with your posts.

I don’t think he was an Uber driver, but I don’t have a lot to back my opinion up. Just my sense of it. If he was, he should be able to prove that easily to clear his name. Also, if he’s a totally innocent Uber driver (especially if he did something as brave as kicking IY out on the side of the road and calling 911 on him), it is absurdly reckless for his name to have been released.

IMO, Dave Johnson knows IY. What I’m wondering now that we’re talking about that piece of it is how LE found him in Pensacola so fast. I don’t actually remember much about his arrest, I need to go back and research. How is it that they found him so fast, on foot and in the woods, in another state?

What is the state suggesting with this comment at the very first of the video —-that if they did not have this witness that they don’t have a case? I don’t know if they were talking about the witness from the Clarion or not? This is devastating if this is true.

According to the detective testifying in court, Dave Johnson, gave him (IY) a ride to Pensacola.

I agree, but I think he mentioned the NY psychic just to avoid naming these other “witnesses” (he used air quotes), who he obviously no longer believes are credible. The defense attorney will no doubt capitalize on those other witnesses at the eventual trial.

I hope so... I think he didn’t want to get into it, that’s for sure.

my guess is that he requested counsel - as in a lawyer after he confirmed it was him. IMO
didn’t he already have an attorney? I know one had been named and was the one trying to get him back to Montgomery.

Maybe he raped her in the Clarion Hotel or I saw an area within 4 minutes of Chevron called Auburn univ beef unit. There is a pond and a forest across the street from there.it's the most secluded area near there

There are a few (3 from what I can see) bodies of water in the immediate area of the Chevron. I sincerely hope they have searched those water areas.

Placing a person in water is a sure way to dilute DNA and escalate decomposition so that a MOD/COD is hard - and often impossible - to determine. imo :(
