I think Antwon Fisher talked. If I remember correctly, she was found before the father of DJ III was arrested.My question is why hasn't DJ III been arrested for transporting IY to Florida? Something smells to high hevean here. I just can't figure it out.

It has been my experience (as it has been for many of you I’m sure as well) that sometimes I cannot see full justice being served to some. BUT I do believe that in the end, my higher power will make all things right. I just may never see it in my lifetime. And this may also be the case for Aniah’s family as well. But I hope not.
Whatever ends up happening it is my hope that Aniah’s family will somehow be able to obtain peace & acceptance even if they never fully understand.

But the point the other poster was making is that kidnapping for the purpose of sex trafficking is not common. The sources linked seem to support that, and that it’s usually an intimate partner who perpetrates this type of crime.

Why wouldn't an intimate partner be able to kidnap someone? Homeless youth are the biggest targets. Kidnapping doesn't have to mean snatching up strangers. It can mean much more than that.

In the context of this thread, it means just that - snatching up strangers. I’m pretty sure that’s what the poster meant, but it would be good for him/her to confirm.

Agreed... the last thing we want is to get this thread shut down. I’ve reported a post this morning that quoted the post that was removed, yet it was not.
