A friend who would know says the two bars have different owners.

Same bar owners correct?

Some local reporter or LE need to make a plea to people there to look for her on their pictures, and snaps from the night. They have to surely know if she was there by now.

“Blanchard’s mother said her debit card was last used Wednesday night around 11:30.”

’We need as many people as we can out there searching for Aniah’: Mother of Homewood girl missing in Auburn talks
Informative interview. I can’t summarize all right now but main points:

Been to a funeral that day in north Alabama

stopped by Birmingham to see Walt step dad afterwards about 9.

Was with her brother, Elijah (I think she was trying to say son, but maybe stepson?) and dropped him off at 11:00 pm. Says she might go out then. He told her not to as she was tired.

LE know where her phone pinged at 11:20 (last possible lead)
phone went dark at 11:57

Told roommate via Snapchat she was with a guy she just met and gave name. No indication of how they met. Mom did not reveal name but she knows it.

Wondering if Aniah would usually go for a bite to eat after leaving a bar?
Are there dangerous sections of road or waterways nearby?
If she was in fact on a date, one would expect an innocent person to contact LE and say he was with her last, imo, speculation.

Weird. Maybe because it’s in my cache? Are you logged in to Facebook? In the US?

It is a link to a story posted by Fred Davenport with WVTM 13. I’m sorry you can’t see the comments. You may be able to come across similar with a twitter search. I’ve seen there as well.

Here is the content from the post.

It works for me, maybe you need to be logged in to Facebook to see the content?

Exactly. I’m worried about a few things.
1. Who she was with
2. Past druggings at Skybar
3. Tired and fell asleep on way home, crashed.

how far away does she live I wonder.

the phone going off at 11:57 is not a good sign IMO. sigh.

From the mother’s interview, it sounds like she & her brother had been away from home (funeral in North Alabama and visiting their dad in Birmingham) and driving for much of the day. There is a possibility that her phone battery could have been low by the end of the day, especially if she and her brother were having to share a car charger. If she crashed in a remote location and was badly injured she would have no way to contact authorities.

UFC heavyweight fighter Walt Harris is calling on the public to help locate his 19-year-old-daughter. According to AL.com, The Birmingham, Alabama, native who attends school in the Auburn area was reported missing to the Auburn police on Thursday morning.

Currently, an investigation into Aniah Haley Blanchard’s whereabouts is underway, but at this time, police are saying there is no evidence of foul play. It’s reported that her last known communication was with a friend late Wednesday evening. At that time she was with an unidentified man. That is also around the time her debit card was last used. She did not show up to work on Thursday morning.

Aniah's dear mother is distraught and heartbroken and this case is very upsetting.
I trust that she is getting a lot of support and love from her extended family, law enforcement, and many others.
Hoping for the best, d4j

Hopefully the city looked and had time to look at the footage as this city webcam goes back 12 hours.

Blanchard drives a black 2017 Honda CR-V, Alabama tag #49BS356. The whereabouts of the vehicle are also unknown. Family said she attends Southern Union.

Auburn-area college student from Homewood reported missing

Southern Union is a community college located at 750 Roberts St, Wadley, AL. The college also has branch campuses in Opelika AL and Valley AL. So perhaps Aniah didn't show up for her classes today and that's why she was reported missing?

I’m going to assume that she attends the Opelika campus since she was going out in Auburn, but Valley, Alabama is also about a 30 minute drive. Here is a screenshot of the driving routes to and from the SU Opelika campus, assuming that she lives near her school. (Just speculating her location of residence, though.)

For those who don’t know, Sky Bar is just to the right of this Toomer’s Corner webcam, but out of the shot, and Southeastern is straight ahead in the view of the camera. Any of her movements between the two bars would probably be captured by this camera.
Hopefully the city looked and had time to look at the footage as this city webcam goes back 12 hours.

Yes! I had found her Venmo earlier. Only transaction was from her dad (walt) at 9:20.

user name @aniah-Blanchard I cant figure out how to link. Sorry
Adding that she may have a Cash App account (for mobile money transfer)
https://cash.app/$AniahBlanchard

This could be something for investigators to check, in the event that she sent or received money from anyone that night via mobile.
