I don't remember reading about any intellectual disability. He's arrogant and the mere sight him makes me angry!

I'm very local to this case. I live in Auburn and the hotel where he stayed here has been rumored to have a sex trade operation. Very much rumor and local chatter. Ironically the city held daddy daughter dances there! My daughter and ex went for years!
I'm hoping to go to some of the trial. I read it was standing room only but can't remember where i saw that
Even though there’s a gag order, I’m sorta shocked there’s not more press coverage locally.

3/11/26 Wednesday, Trial Day 3: *The defense team moved to block the testimony of the state’s key witness, Antwon “Squirmy” Fisher, arguing that his extensive criminal history, specifically a 2007 murder conviction as well as a 2022 felony possession conviction, should disqualify him under Rule 609 of the Rules of Evidence. The presiding Judge Tom Young denied the defense’s motion, ruling that the 2007 conviction did not meet the criteria for exclusion.
State witnesses:
Antwon "Squirmy" Fischer. Angel Wyatt [friend of Yazeed]. David “Little Dave” Johnson III [was also charged with Aniah's murder]. Detective with the Auburn Police Dept. The officer, who worked on the investigation in 2019, provided the foundational technical evidence for the day.
*The court also addressed a matter regarding another potential witness: a woman who worked at a tanning salon near the Chevron gas station where Blanchard was last seen alive. The judge ultimately sided with the defense, ruling that her potential testimony was not relevant to the case & she was excused without testifying. Trial continues on Thursday, 3/12/26.

Thanks Niner. Have you seen the testimony that’s been mentioned before the trial of the man seeing the defendant force Aniah into the car? He didn’t report it immediately but evidently did report to police per news articles.

I was trying to say did the guy testify?

Oops - sorry - I misunderstood. I went back to Day 1 - and I don't believe he did. At least the article did not mention him & they have been pretty good in what witnesses there were. So I have to say No - he did not testify. Guessing he wasn't credible.
