The boy is described as a white male, four foot even, about 45 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wearing grey pajama pants and a light blue shirt. He is hearing impaired and wears hearing aids. He may have a dog with him. If you see anyone in the area matching this description, please call 911 immediately.
