I feel so sad for all the victims of this disgusting group, and so pleased that they will now be facing a reckoning that will hopefully be mighty.
Thank goodness Payton has escaped this fate.
And, I feel some comfort in knowing that Brittney was regarded as a firecracker even up until the time she went missing. She was stronger than that revolting group. No doubt, with time, she would have prevailed, blown the whistle, done something. The world needs more firecracker types!

I remember all of that too. I never quite understood why the detective was there at the house so late either unless he/she was hoping to talk to Donnie. Surely, the other children had already been interviewed by then, so he wasn't there to talk to them. It was all strange...and then all of a sudden it went poof!

This makes me wonder why LE did not confiscate WH and DH's computers in the first place.
BW was missing person, DH was missing appointments with LE was under investigation and suddenly "dies".
the two BFFs "finding" DH. omg it is just all too much.

They were all having sex with each other and having sex with each other's kids and also at the same time literally teaching their children to have ....sex and with one another -the little kids????!!??? and they filmed it. Is that what I am understanding> ?Was this also part of the pedo content of videos that they were distributing?

The victim was telling the truth and I personally believe Brittney knew everything. How could she not? Kids talk. Plus Brittney & Derek especially were close, so at the bare minimum she'd have known Derek was molested.

Being a child that was abused I was told that my sister would not get hurt if I kept my mouth shut!
It wasn't until I was 35 that my sister told me it happened to her too.
I don't think talking about the abuse between kids really happens. Saying it out loud just makes it too real and there is always the worry of telling them but then they tell someone else.
I think it is quite possible that Britt didn't know!

IIRC we later learned that the detective wasn't at Wendy's house Wednesday night. Instead she said she had a lengthy phone conversation with him.

I'm sure LE knows where she was when they spoke to her by her own pings. Easy peazy to then know what phone she was using and track it back.


Donnie's phone was confiscated early on when he was found shot. Yep. You know LE was hot on the trail already.

Thank you so much gliving. I'm still refreshing the info. Went back to the beginning, going through all of the threads, all of the facebooks, all of the news articles, etc. It's tricky trying to remember exactly what was deleted on various sites and trying to remember the context in which certain things were said. Something's itching me, can't put my finger on it.

I agree. Derek may have believed he was protecting Brittney and TJ. Vice versa with Brittney. There is a lot of manipulation involved when a child is being sexually abused. The perp can use death threats against younger siblings, other family members and even family animals. A 13 yo child and younger would be scared and likely not have the cognitive ability to understand what is happening is wrong. The fear takes over, exactly what the perp intended. After awhile a victim can become numb to what is happening, not knowing this is abnormal. I do believe Derek is talking and I hope he is receiving therapy. It is truly mind blowing how these scums manipulate their victims. It is even harder when the child comes to understand what is happening is wrong. They sometimes feel they should have known and start blaming themselves. It is a vicious circle. Maybe at some point Brittney said no more and she had no idea others were being abused until Donnie's investigation began. I now understand more than ever why Britt carried a gun. That is if the gun story is real considering it came from Chessie's mouth.

Are they street names or actual towns? I've pulled up google maps but don't know yet. I'm wondering if each is a name within a greater area. Idk.

According to Steph's post, Donnie and Brittney were together for over 4 hours. I wonder if it is possible Brittney may have been asking Donnie questions and recording him or maybe WWH thought Brittney was talking to/messaging the victim from Facebook?

IMO WWH & all the Wood's have been nothing but shady in there information given. I like so many others here think something more sinister than suicide happened to DH. I also believe that he's is being made the fall guy by the rest involved, don't get me wrong he was a demon and deserved the the death he got I wish he would've had more pain though but he was NOT alone in the sex crimes and I differ from LE in my opinion that he was the ring leader he might have began as it but WWH IMO took over way before his demise.

If I got off track I'm sorry. No she did not get in another vehicle phone pings and records show that they traveled together and for over 4 hrs they sat at the Styx River house where she was having text conversations with more than one person. He was having conversations also. As far as the truck nothing was found in there (that LE told us) to be believed as signs of struggle only things like her hair on the seat which co-insides with knowing he picked her up.

The victim had been removed from her home at that time. Correct? Would someone be monitoring her online activity during this time if she were placed in a home or a group home? Surely, they would watch it to prevent her perps from having contact with her or to keep them from swaying her into saying she lied. You'd think that would be the case in protective care.

I know 3 people who investigate sex crimes against children and there are so many strict guidelines as to how they interview and gather information. There are so many things that cannot be used in trial if asked incorrectly, etc. They are actually state police specifically trained in this area. They might have been able to use the FB conversation between Brittney and the victim, but it might have been an open door in which to get Brittney to talk. So maybe they encouraged the conversation.

There are several victims, all family in some way, and one of them was reported in the media as to have come forward AFTER DH's death and BW's disappearance. It was also reported that other victims were out of their respective homes already. (I don't want to appear as though I am sleuthing victims -- definitely not. I AM disturbed at the thought of guardians or a facility for children that would allow them on Facebook. Not good.)

I hear you, there were multiple text conversations going on at the same time, & she was pinging in the same location as Donnie while he was also having conversations on his cell. I'm asking bc several reports are saying she left her house on Thursday & went missing, but the 30th is a Wednesday. Could the confusion be from her ping in the Styx River are a little after midnight the 30th going into the 31st...so actually that close to midnight ping would fall on the 31st? Also, that travel place ping, do you remember the time? I'm going back looking through things, just trying to save time.

just a theory but .. tech Donnie could have had Brittney's cell phone and was using it while using his own OR someone could have been using Britts' cell while with Donnie OR Brittney could have been alive and well and on it herself.

It didn't necessarily have to really be her - it was just her phone.

Twist in Brittney Wood's Disappearance

Authorities are looking into the possibility that the arrests could be connected with Brittney’s disappearance. Her brother mentioned her possibly being scared and in hiding when he was interviewed earlier this month. If the charges against her family members turn out to be true, this could be the motivation she has to be in hiding.

Brittney Wood Case Shrouded in Mystery...

Wood has been missing for almost three weeks, and a national organization KlaasKIDS Foundation even came into town and organized a search near Robertsdale, Alabama, across the bay
from the city of Mobile. It was believed her cell phone signal was detected in that area. Police aren't saying why the search is now focused in the opposite direction, in South Mobile County near Grand Bay, Alabama.

Few Leads in Case of Missing Teen Mom

Wood’s family reported her missing June 2 after she "packed her bags and walked out of the house” May 30.
"She left with personal items with the intent of being gone at least overnight and that was not unusual,” [Mobile PD Cpl Chris] Levy said.

Please change any of the above timeline for corrections. I keep reading this over and over.

My thoughts are something happened to BW between 11:20 pm & 12:07 am.

At 12:07 someone called BW's VM, and hung up quickly, before listening to any message if there were any.

One hour 40 min later the last ping from BW cell pings from Grand Bay exit. (question: so this would mean BW cell phone died, battery was removed, or phone destroyed?)

So, BW either willingly disappeared or someone/s disappeared her.

A. Willingly: to avoid questioning or testifying.
B. Unwillingly: to shut her up.

There is no warrant for her regarding any of these abuse cases. This means no child/person has stated BW was involved. LE has nothing connecting BW with these abuse crimes. There would be a warrant for her arrest if she is suspect in these crimes, lack of whereabouts doesn't stop LE from issuing a warrant, in fact it would help find BW to issue a warrant.

If someone/s shut BW up, I don't think they would leave any remains to be found. (I'm so sorry Steph, I think you did touch on this when you mentioned wildlife before)

More than CW, I think the weeping widow has the answers.

My heart breaks for Brittney and her family. I really want to rehash this until we hit on something that can help us find the answers.

Then how did Brittney's phone battery end up in Donnie's vehicle? He was never at Grand Bay and she was never at Tillmans Corner.

An aside, how can we confirm there are no warrants for Brittney's arrest? Could you please post an MSM report stating this (besides Chessie saying so)? I don't remember the DA saying anything about warrants and Brittney. TIA!! :seeya:
