I agree or LE's attempt to rattle the cages!

I 100% believe this is LE's way of saying "speak now or suffer because we already know".

This is why I also think someone like the mail room person or a female attorney wrote this for the person in jail...

“Brittney wrote a letter with a lot of evidence on it pertaining to Jennifer, her, you, Mendy, and (child victim). She said if anything happened to her to give it to the police."

The person in jail most likely would not have used those 3 words. I am thinking the person in jail would have said it more like this...
Brittany wrote a letter "ratting out" so + so and if anything happened to her, to give it to the "cops".

Those words tells me that someone was dictating for the person in jail.

JMO of course. I am just glad that LE has these letters now. It does make you wonder why they didnt pursue it sooner though if they had them all along. When did LE really start to look at these letters seriously.

If Brittney went into hiding someone would have had to help her. I dont see any of this bunch doing that. If she is hiding none of them probably know. If Brittney was murdered I bet all of this bunch know. All we need is for one of them to get offered a sweet deal to become a witness for the state and spill every thing they know about Brittney and Donnie.

I don't think she Ratted out anyone!!!! If there is a letter she did not gotell the COPS she only wanted it kown if something happened to her. To me that's a HUGE difference!

I also think if there is a letter she is explaining exactly what happened and who was involved..

I think Donald Holland did!

I just read through Britt's facebook. Someone sure went on a deleting spree in May! Also, the time that someone logged into her FB and changed things was on June 5th.

Wonder if there are any saved screen shots of some of the earlier postings.

One thing we have learned with all these cases is that early on , it is a good idea to take a screen shot with "Print Screen" key and then "paste it" over to WORD document and save the word document. If its something important that can help in a case.

That way, when FB changes or gets deleted, there is a copy of that early information no matter what happens to FB changes.

I was just trying to use some slang words that the person in jail would have used (not Brittany). The person in jail I dont think would have used words like "pertaining" or "evidence" or "police" .

Be sure you're not missing collapsed posts. Facebook has started only showing a few posts at a time & puts those 'see more from this time period' links all over the place.

I don't have a prior to compare to but as I said before, I think I'm seeing more (as a non-friend, general public) posts than I saw last year when I looked. But you're seeing less?

The heat is getting turned up. Little doubt that the release of this information was coordinated by LE to keep that heat turned up. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but what I took out of it is:

Brittney wrote a letter with information about Jennifer, Brittney, Wendy, Mendy and victim. She gave this letter to a friend whom she trusted with instructions to give it to the police if something happens to her.

Somehow, some way, mystery writer finds out about this letter and writes a letter to Wendy telling her about it and that she needs to find that letter because that letter will fry her.

There may or may not be other letters written between Wendy and mystery writer? Do we know this or is it implied?

Do we have confirmation that LE has the letter written by Brittney?

We don't know the name, but do we KNOW that LE has the name of the friend?

Did the mystery writer hold a place of confidence with Brittney's friend such that the friend told mystery writer about it and then mystery writer violated that trust? So mystery writer was close to Brittney's friend but even closer to Wendy.

Mystery writer is about to be charged, if not already.

Do we know for certain the mystery writer is an inmate or are we surmising that? I just want to remind people that we don't know for certain it comes from a jail/prison, though I won't rule it out either.

I hate to say it, but any hope I had for Brittney is dwindling with this information. Mystery writer and later Wendy would not be concerned with getting this incriminating letter Brittney wrote if Brittney were still alive because she could simply state what was written.

Just my thoughts and thinking out loud.

I am just going to mess with you a bit and tell you that you watch too much tv lol :) Criminals or seasoned ones, typically use legal speak. Watch documentaries or even stuff like Steve Wilko's (when he has criminals on). Most people that are locked up spend a lot of time going over case files and often dream of representing themselves. A lot of legal jargon is used to sound "Smarter" and also because that is literally the context/world they live in.

I live and work in the underbelly and more often than not, people use "big words" to try and sound smarter than the other criminal they are attempting to get one over on. JMO

We are guessing that the mystery writer is an inmate. Either Wendy was locked up or this person is locked up. I'm guessing this based on the fact it's snail mail, written in pencil and on the standard issued type of paper for inmates.

It's alluded on the news that Wendy and mystery writer have communicated back and forth. Several letters came from this communication, all were found at Wendy's. This leads me to believe that it was received at her house via mail.

We do not know if mystery writer is in jail.

Brittney is rumored (via letter) to have written a confessional type of letter that she placed with another person (a friend) who was to give to someone (police) if she by chance had anything happen to her. We have assumed this to me she felt her life was in jeopardy. However, this doesn't explain why this person has waited 18+ months to hand over the letter yet people know about it existing. This is a big "why?!"

The news as alluded to the mystery writer and Wendy discussing Brittney and Donald and that Mendy and Wendy may have participated in a murder of either or both.
