The people who said Brit had told them she was going to DH house, did they say if she stated why she was going over there? also do you know if DH left a suicide note?

Are you referring to the chaplain? If so, he reached out to them. They had a major shock this week with the arrests and they're trying to get a sit down meeting with the 2 LE agencies, Mobile and Baldwin County.

What irritates me is I live in Birmingham, AL and BW has not been on our news at all and no one who is on my facebook has posted anything about her or a flyer. It doesn't make since to me why missing personscases do not get more attention. I mean you could walk right past a missing or endangered person at yur local store or walmart and most people would never know they were missing.

He supposedly didn't leave a note, however his wife (WWH) & her sister (MWK) found him. He did tell his wife in a phone call earlier that day something to the effect of "take care of the kids".

He's with Disaster & Victims Services. I'm not familiar with that organization.

I know the family is still in sock, but now that it is known of the other uncles arrest have the family said anything to you about thinking they may be involved in BW missing, do you know if the uncles acted weird or anything while helping search, basically wats being said amongst the family since the arrest, besides shock?

Poor CW... I would be in a straight jacket. I hope she has seen a doctor for the amount of stress & anxiety she has been subjected to the past few weeks.

Can you imagine, first your daughter missing, then suspecting its to do with an uncles suicide..one under investigation for child abuse and then out of left field come two MORE uncles who are actually arrested for abuse, one your brother. I completely understand them having the pastor as spokesman now I wouldn't be getting out of bed!

They don't know what to think yet. I don't think they suspected anything. They were suspicious of a connection to DH, naturally, but this new situation is shocking and confusing.

Have they searched any of the uncle's cars?

Have they seized computers?

Do you think is involved?

Did the 2 uncles have any prior arrests or problems with the law?

Who bailed DK out of jail? Is he back home with his family?

Is SW still in jail because they can't afford bail...or family doesn't care to bail him out?

I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it--I can't imagine how she feels.

I searched the chaplain & his organization is new & he runs it. Kinda weird. But from what I can tell, he's been very helpful.

What are the chances that all this is completely unrelated we have 3 uncles investigated for sex related crimes 2 of which were arrested the 3 commited suicide and we have a missing girl all in the same family. It seems to me that the chances of this not being related is astronomical, if it isn't related this family has the worst luck or some bad karma going on, I tend to believe its all related I just can't figure out how yet.

I don't know which one confessed. I'm not certain who this victim is, so I don't know who's looking out for her. But one would think the local child protection agency would ensure her safety.

Hi there. Been reading this chain for a while but this is my first post. Thanks for all the info you're providing Zeaux!

This comment about "take care of the kids" once he's gone seems ironic given that he was allegedly not allowed near them and in light of the other circumstances here

Thanks, Silky! After FootballMom gave me some background about the site, I started clicking around and I did see that. That's when I decided to get verified because I realized to what lengths you folks will go to help. It's awesome!

I'm here to do what I can to help find Brittney. I felt like the family was struggling and started doing some searching for information and found this site. I'm learning a lot here and am so impressed with how intuitive some of you are and how resourceful. You all are really amazing!

I don't know them personally. But I would be really surprised if this isn't all related. It could be just a horrible coincidence, but my gut tells me it's related. That's my opinion only. However, because of the new twist and investigation, there are details I cannot discuss yet. I hope they break that iceberg soon so the whole story comes out & BW can be found.
