How do we know that both are out on bail? Originally, RSW was listed as "NO BOND" meaning he'd have to post the full amount for bail. Not a percentage.

I'm not trying to be 'controversial' today, honestly, but I must say I can't imagine any child having to endure sexual advances & worse sexual acts committed on them by DK..Or by anyone!, of course!, but there's something exceptionally VILE about him..My POV comes from viewing his MS page, other social media, & his mug shot..The sight of him alone is more then terrifying! imho!

My first thought was that he looked like someone used to getting his way. He matches what I think of when I hear "abuser." RSW, on the other hand, just looks exhausted and maybe a little simple. The exhausted part is correct, but he's anything but simple. As I said, I've played roleplaying games with him at one of the shops in West Mobile, and he's a clever guy. Anyone who has ever played RPG's knows that it requires a certain amount of smarts. Lots of math and lots of statistics to keep track of.

I still can't figure how these two arrests could not be connected to BW's disappearance, unless the investigation into the three uncles was ongoing, and the media attention from her disappearance threatened the investigation, so they moved in and made the arrests rather than risk one or more of the "gang" figuring out what was coming down and skipping town.

There's absolutely no way the media is covering up the truth or refusing to investigate because some guy's nephew plays college football. That's just not the case. The media reports on things involving athletes every day.

:waitasec:wow! I posted a ? on the FB Hometown page, asking if anyone knew why bail had been lowered. Talk about a nasty response! Told to mind my own business and they didn't do anything wrong. (all from the same person)my response.
So why were they arrested? nothing wrong..sure, incest, sexual abuse.....nothing wrong....right

Hometown FB page also has posts saying there are not missing posters anywhere???

ETA: Is DH's FB no longer online? I haven't been able to find it and others have said they saw pictures of unsuspecting women in his photo album.

I think they closed that one down the day he shot himself/ day NG had the pics on her show.

Are you being sarcastic (Good theory!)? If so, I don't think that is called for. I read there was a 4 month long investigation of DH - not DK & RSW. Was that also 4 months long?

I believe this is a common practice on that FB page..I guess they don't want ANY negative comments re: any of their family members, not even ones accused of such "horrific" sexual acts.

The Hometown Search page probably isn't the best place to discuss RSW and DK's arrest and bail. Best to keep it centered on finding her and getting her home safe.

Both uncles are innocent until proven guilty, and one or the other could end up being cleared as all of this eventually shakes out. Even if we expect the worst, we should hope for the best. I understand what you mean, though. It's doubtful that BCSO would have made an arrest and that a judge would have set so high a bail if there wasn't some evidence being presented other than "he said, he said."
