I am not saying she didnt know what was going on. I don't know if she did or not, but your right that it is highly likely that she knew that family members were being investigated. However, I think you misunderstood my post. I was saying that she does not know where Brittney is, or know for certain that she is hiding out. I am sure that is what CW hopes though.

Possibly because he was ordered to stay away from children under a certain age, including his own (btw, I don't know if this is the case or not) and is not living with her at the moment, so she counts herself as single.

Well maybe i should not have said that night but she called them after the fact. and didnt let LE know.
And im im not mistaken it took them a while to even report her missing!
I do believe now that she is alive.....

I have always felt Brittney brought the gun to DH but I have a hard time believing it would be registered in her name. Family wouldn't be making the please to come home and "you're not in any trouble" unless they are thinking there's a reason she might be.

Is there a time limitation in filing sexual abuse charges?

I still believe she is dead because she knew to much. A gang of child molesters weren't going to let her talk about what she knew. Donnie just felt unable to escape the hole he was in after she was murdered imo.

Isn't that phone call the one made from Brittney to Uncle DH on Wed or Thurs night? That would be between the time she left home and the time she was reported missing.
