I have read the timeline. I'm not sure where some of the info. for the timeline is being gathered from and I know I have probably missed alot, in spite of really trying to read every post here and all I can find online about BW, but the post that I saw on Uncle D's wife's FB page was that she and the boys were with Uncle D on Thursday. She did not say, atleast not in that statement, that they were with him Thursday night. She just said, "Thursday". Does anyone know if she has said she was there Thursday NIGHT?

I found this statement by CW in the transcripts from Jane Velez-Mitchell's show aired on 6/11/12:

"My sister was at that house with Donnie the Thursday night, that would be June 1st".

The house she is referring to is the house in Styx River.

Kimster called a little while ago to "verify" me. I'm not sure that I have much more insider information to add to this discussion but if anyone doubted my sincerity in previous posts (I'm not saying anyone did) then there you go. She said the mods would be notified that I am a verified insider.

As other locals have stated, its really shocked me how little media attention BW's disappearance has generated. It seems like forever since I saw anything in the newspaper.

Thursday was May 31.

That's because nothing's been in the Press-Register since the 8th. The Lagniappe (published every other week) covered the newest developments on the 27th. That was a week after Randall Scott Wood and Dustin Kent were arrested.

I noticed that too. There was a lot of chatter that had nothing to do with BW. Oddly, the one who had the most content dealing with the missing girl was the FB page for RSW. He was the main family member pushing the search effort, and drumming up support for the search.

He even chastised the rest of the family for sitting on their asses while he was traipsing through the woods picking up ticks and searching for BW.

A lot about this case doesn't add up.

I agree with you RSW told them to shut up!
He showed up to search and only 4 other ppl came and they were from Florida!

And none of it adds up!

Well congrats!!!!
We believed ya but we have to play by the rules here too!

The media can only do so much and if ppl have nothing to say well nothing gets said!

It gets more confusing. Per the timeline, Wendy says she and Donnie wouldn't be at the yellow house Wednesday evening when Brittney wanted to visit, but Brittney could come anyway. A neighbor reports seeing Brittney there at the house that evening swinging on a tree swing with another unknown guy present in the yard.

Then Wendy and the little boys spend Thursday night at the yellow house with Donnie. It's unclear where their daughter is.

Brittney's phone pings there that night and Wendy trys to delete Brittney's phone texts and voice messages.

I'll provide MSM links if needed.

BBM

Keep in mind, these come from statements by WWH who has given many contradictory statements on her facebook page and who took, by her own admission, inappropriate, if not illegal, actions upon finding DH shot (deleting texts and/or voicemail off his phone prior to LE arriving).

We really do not know where WWH, her children, or DH were on the night of Thursday, 5/31 or the morning of 6/1 until or unless it comes from a verifiable source. MOO

Zeaux, part of what's so frustrating to me is hearing DH's suicide case is closed. In all reality, how can it even remotely be closed knowing who had possession of that gun before reaching DH's hands? I mean, seriously?

Were you ever able to go to the police with this info?

LE has the information. I have no idea if it makes a difference to them.

I feel your frustration.

I thought it was a house as well. Could it have been a double wide & maybe that's why some people are saying trailer? Idk, just wondering...

Also wondering about something else... It's been stated that DH was staying at a friend's home with his friend. Then it was said that it was a rented home. Then I've read in comments that the friend wasn't home when DH shot himself. So, do you know the info missing? Can you piece that together, Zeaux? I'm wondering if maybe DH was staying at his friends home while he was under investigation, maybe he was paying him rent for giving him a place to stay, and maybe the friend wasn't there bc he had work or something... Idk, just trying to think it through logically.

I don't know any more about his living arrangements. If I'm able to learn more, you all will be the first to know!

I know BW's phone pinged in the Styx River area. But, it sounded to me like DH's wife, when she posted about it on FB (and I read it myself directly from the FB page), was saying that when BW had asked Uncle D if she could come to his house, she, BW, was asking about coming to the house in Fairhope, not Styx River. If the witness is not credible and BW was not actually sighted at Styx River then perhaps BW made it to Fairhope but only her phone made it to Styx River. DH's wife said that BW had asked to come and DH said she could but she had to find a ride. That comment sounded to me like she was attempting to emphasize the idea that someone gave BW a ride, someone who was not her and was not DH.

What if BW made it to Fairhope, something happened to her, her phone then made it to Styx River but she wasn't with her phone? Uncle D could have went to Styx River from Fairhope or wherever on his motorcycle and maybe that has something to do with his wife driving him back to Fairhope on Friday morning. Maybe they wanted to ride together, so they took the car.

Where is Uncle D's motorcycle? I know the area of the suicide was checked-out but what KIND of checking out was done? I think there needs to be an organized search for Brittney everywhere between the Fairhope location and Fish River/suicide location.

Do we KNOW that BW knew that Uncle D was in Styx River? If she didn't know about the investigation into his activities then maybe she didn't know he wasn't staying at his own home. Does the family know if she actually was headed for Styx River? Did she tell her friend she was going to see DH at Styx River or just going to see him?

Good thoughts. I thought there was a first part to that comment after Brittney calls about coming out to see DH, something along the lines of, well I'm not going to be here (I assumed that meant Fairhope), I'm going to be there (Styx), but you can come if you can get a ride. Correct me if I'm wrong. Either way, because even if WWH or DH said that, I take their word with a grain of salt and think that area should be looked at closely.

Does LE have all the info that WWH deleted off her fb page? They really need to look into all the contridicting statements she has made.

If LE wanted any Facebook postings or private messages or chat logs, they could simply request the info via a subpoena.

Even if a Facebook user deletes postings, private messages or chats, they stay on the Facebook server. It's all still there despite someone thinking they've erased any private conversations. I think the FB info might be even more informative than the phone texts. Chessie said Brittney was addicted to Facebook, not going a day without chatting there.

Did RSW express any of his frustration to you or other friends directly? I am curious to know if he had any opinions as to why people weren't being supportive of the search efforts.

Something to keep in mind, just because the media isn't covering it or there's no big discussion on facebook doesn't mean the family and others are not searching. There was an organized search last Saturday that received no media attention. Mobile PD was involved in it. BW's parents are still searching. KlaasKids is providing support behind the scenes even though they're not conducting searches.

Media coverage sometimes can be prompted by the public. I'm going to start emailing and calling the Mobile and Pensacola media outlets to ask them for updates on this case. Maybe if others do that they will realize people do care and they'll cover it. IDK. Just a thought.

I think WWH is more involved than anyone knows!

The question is: involved in what?

If WWH did in fact delete things off of DH's phone, then what exactly was it that she was trying to hide? Did any of it really have anything to do with BW? Or, were there other things that she was trying to cover up? And, was BW involved in any of those things?

There appears to be a credibility issue with WWH and by extension MWK. What I can't figure out is, what exactly are they covering up, if anything? Does it relate to drugs, sexual abuse of a child or is it just a matter of a wife that doesn't want her husband's memory tarnished? And, how far would she go to cover up anything illegal or immoral?

As far as BW, if she was involved in drug trade with DH, is it possible that his suicide spooked her and she took off? Did she perhaps see him and they made some sort of a trade? The gun for drugs. Perhaps he said the gun was for protection and then BW finds out that he shot himself. Does she believe that it was suicide or is she suspicious, perhaps paranoid, that it was a murder? If BW had the gun illegally, perhaps she believes that she will be held responsible in some way for DH's death and that is why law enforcement was so careful about saying that she wasn't in any trouble.

I just can't get a handle on what to think about any of this and law enforcement's lack of concern regarding BW continues to baffle me. I wish that they would give a concrete reason for why they believe that she is missing by her own choice.

Ok, not sure what I did there. User error. Not sure why it grabbed MotherOcean's quote as well. My apologies.

Zeaux - or if any member of Brittney's family or friends are reading here...

If it has not already been done... please consider contacting the FBI about Brittney's disappearance. There are FEDERAL LAWS regarding missing persons under the age of 21 (see a link to my previous post below).

If the local PD has not or will not consider her a missing person then perhaps the FBI can put pressure on them to act accordingly or take over the investigation.

The involvement of the FBI might be enough to persuade people to start talking instead of comfortably sitting back knowing they have nothing to fear from the local PD.

An alternative might be to bring this to the attention of an attorney would just love to get involved by filing a civil suit.

Another idea is to contact the media and ask them to investigate whether or not the FBI has been notified. That is certainly newsworthy headlines that will grab folks attention to the injustice for the search for Brittney.

His memory was tarnished months ago when this invstigation started.
I think WWH was at the styx house with hubby and BW I dont think she thought he would kill himself but as he was lying there dying she was more concerned as to what was on all these phones! The more i think about it WWh could be the one that drove her to Grand bay truck stop .
