Good Morn everyone.....

I am still trying to get my head around if we are talking about 1 victim of these guys, or multiple young relatives.

I think what confuses me is that here in Australia when someone is charged with incest of a juvenille, their name is repressed from any news as it can identify the victim.

I can not beleive what I am about to type.......but what does the charge of incest cover...with that I mean is what relatives does it cover.

This is awful, but if someone can answer that for me I think we can work out who the young juvenille was who went to the police....

Now what confuses me is that I am assuming once the young one went to the police this started the 4 month investigation and RSW & DK were charged and DH was also to be charged and killed himself. If this is correct then there is one victim and the wives etc are getting their knickers in a knot and saying their hubbies were innocent and this child must be lying.

HOWEVER I have read on another site......and this was posted by a local but is definitely rumor........that DH was to be charged with rape, sodomy and the "I" charge as well.

That is why I ask who the yuk eek charge of incest covers. Because this would mean if DK was not charged with incest, then we have 2 victims as if it was only one victim then DH would be related by marriage to that victim, same as DK who wasnt charged with the incest charge.

What is everyone thinking? Do you think this all relates to one poor little child or is a 'keep it in the family" type ring?

If it involves more than one, then I think BW may have also been a victim of at least DH.....if they have crossed the line at that level, then I really dont see how he/they would have resisted.

If this is the case then he has killed her, maybe so she wouldnt speak to the police and make his case l oook extra bad (not that it could get much worse)or may be self disguist.

She may have also left town never wanting to return knowing what was coming for these guys and maybe her name being involved.

Just my opinions and questions and thoughts...........this really is awful and sad

Incest covers blood relatives like father/daughter, mother/son, brother/sister, uncle/niece, aunt/nephew... like that. It would not include relatives by marriage, as they are not related by blood. I think that also would include half siblings, but not step-siblings, as they do not share a parent and are not blood related.

Yes, I do find it strange. I stayed the night at my parents, as my wife and children are out of town and they needed help with my grandmother, and I went to a local grocery store and Dollar General just down the street. Guess what? Not the first flier or poster. My first suggestion to this family is to make as much noise as possible if you want to find her. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" wasn't said for nothing. I mean, I came out of the Wal-mart that is in Tillman's Corner just Sunday and I had a flier for a pizza place stuck to my car but I haven’t seen the first one for BW. This is not to be seen as criticism directed toward the family but perhaps it is a little criticism directed toward those who may be advising this family on what they can do to get BW's name and story out to the public. There are compassionate and caring people in this world and most of the ones I know don’t even watch the local news these days, a lot don’t even surf the web.

I sent an email to FOX10 and received a reply from them…after mod approval I replied and shared websleuths.com welcoming them to come visit the site and read what this caring community is discussing and the depth of research that is being done for Brittney. I assured them I am not a representative or spokesperson, just a member!
Below is his email reply (not sure of his FOX title..the "contact us" guy!)

actually, its a good thing to keep the e mails coming to all media outlets to remind them...i don't have the power to assign stories except on weekends, but im going to remind our weekday assignment editor and if something isn't done, and i do think they're going to talk to Stephanie tomorrow, we can do something on the weekend.

you probably know thisl, but sometimes the police keep things under cover and release only a bit of infromation at a time....if there is someone out there who knows something, and someone probably does, they probably have a suspicion and may even know persons of interest...they might want to build a case before they scare them out of leaving the area....but let me know anything knew you hear.** Thanks, Steve

Rightly or wrongly, I just ignored that statement, because it made no sense, if he killed himself the following day.

In any event, if they are now saying that DH dropped Brittney off at the truck stop. What kind of uncle drops his teenage niece off in the middle of the night at a truck stop? Something strange about that, unless he had possession of her phone and wanted people to believe that was where she was heading on her way out of town.

This is amazing buggsmom!! Good thought to contact FOX10. I think it may be a good idea to try and contact the other news outlets in the area with the same offer too, with mod approval that is. I can already tell, just from my brief time on WS, that the chief concerns here are the safety of the individual in question, maintaining the integrity of the search with great fervor and continued visible support for the victims and families involved. To get that message out so that everyone can see that will only generate more interest in finding BW, hopefully safe, and bringing some semblance of closure to this family.

Yes, MotherOcean is right. There is water everywhere. We're on both sides of a bay, an estuary, surrounded by rivers, lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention the fact that our rainfall nearly beats out Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington yearly.

Getting back to the two sex charge arrests, if you look at the mugshots for both guys, which one looks like he just confessed and which one looks like he got fingered by an accomplice. It's pretty clear to me. What do you think?

Also, someone was asking what constitutes "incest" in Alabama. I asked the same question, since first cousins can still legally marry in Alabama. Basically it would have to be a sibling; parent-child; grandparent-grandchild;uncle/aunt-niece/nephew relationship. Cousins are not incest, even first cousins.

Nineteen would not be considered "juvenile" in this state, by any means, so it's probably not Brittany who made the complaint. Also, the complaint apparently came in after Brittany had already disappeared.

We need the major players in all of this to wear jerseys, it's so confusing.

Yep, that's what I've been thinking, too. Also, if you look at photos on his myspace and BOTH of his FB pages, one of the perps. has had quite a change in appearances over some time (not sure how much time, but definately a change). I don't mean he got a hair-cut. I mean his demeanor seems to change and while he once looked like a happy, nice person, he took on the look of a creepy, nasty person. MOO.

when u read his FB he never mentions them as being in alabama just him driving the long ride home.
If he wasnt working why did he remain in alabama and not just go home?

I have to say and i dont want to disrespect anyone here but.......
I think this family knows what they should be doing to find their daughter
for some reason they are not doing it.....
Klass Kids was there and im very sure told them how to go about finding her.
How to raise money! who they should be talking too. Klass kids told them how to get posters made and i read said they would supply them so why are they asking who to go to to get posters?
Something is off here if ya ask me!

See i think something happend early that night and i do believe WWH showed up very late in the evening and she had to bring the kids cause she couldnt leave thm home alone...I think when she got there donnie was pretty messed up... I think WWH covered up everything.....

No one ever answered the question if they each had their own cars.
Seems WWh had the car cause DH told BW she had to find a ride so my theory is he was
there at styx river with no transportation...Now who did she get a ride with thats the big question and why hasnt that person come out and said so... We know she was there
even if WWH says it wasnt BW on the swing i truely believe it was....
