Some have asked about court dates for DK and RSW. This info was provided to me by someone that was watching out for when they set the dates for these two men.

Dustin goes to court at 9:00am, Thursday, July 12th

Scott goes to court at 8:30am, Friday, July 13th

So, we have Dustin in court on Thursday and Scott in court on Friday. Then, sometime? Friday Derek voluntarily goes in to speak with LE at their request and is charged at 11:30 pm with similar crimes.

The idea that someone, or someone else, is trying to make Derek the 'fall guy' begins to settle on me. Did Dustin and Scott hire private attorneys?

Oh yea, someone is shaking the tree.

So they are saying "no foul play"...what about a connection between them

That definition really makes me sick. I have to notice that cousins aren't included in the definition.

Correct. IIRC, first cousins are still allowed to marry in Alabama, so having a law preventing them from having sex would be counter intuitive.

Lowery said Derek Wood was latest arrest in the case, and expects at least one or two more to follow.

Lowery said there are multiple victims under the age of 16 involved in the case, but that Brittney Wood was not a victim in that investigation.

According to Lowery, the Baldwin County Sheriff's office started investigating the family members after a victim came forward.
