Perhaps additional evidence was presented that warranted the change in charges to include incest and therefore the judge decided to put him back in jail until the trial concludes. He could have revoked his bail and therefore his bond would be no good. I guess that's how it works.

Thanks Chatty, I was about to post that! It has already been stated that there are multiple victims but if there was any doubt this should clear it up. DK is married into the family. The other two males charged with incest are blood relatives. It's not possible that there was only one victim.

Didn't think of that but it is not uncommon at all when things like this happen for other victims to start coming out of the woodwork. If my children were ever anywhere near these people at any time I sure would be questioning them as to whether or not anything ever happened.

Yes, in this case "evidence" could mean another victim came forward or was added to the list as part of the "iceberg" LE spoke about. They may have known about the additional victim(s) at the time of the initial arrests but needed to gather enough evidence for charges.

Me too! Thank you! Geez, it took me a million tries to quote this from my phone with my two toddlers crawling all over me but parents, it's okay to be protective!!! I'd rather look crazy now than look back and have regrets!

He has already been released again!! This time he has INCEST charges!!

This is all so crazy and sad I still hold out hope that BW is hiding or in LE protection. When I read last night that more arrests were coming I thought for sure they would be female. MOO.
