The first time he was arrested he got FIRST degree sodomy. Now this time only SECOND degree sodomy.

But are these new charges added to the other charges? Nothing was dropped he was just bonded out, right?

I think this house of cards was falling in on itself and she got out before it collapsed.

On 6/19, he was charged with FIRST degree sodomy and SECOND degree rape.
On 7/16, He has been charged with SECOND degree rape, INCEST, and SECOND degree sodomy.

I believe the charges on 7/16 are separate to the ones on 6/19. That would indicate atleast two victims.

The incest charge her brother had was dropped
And DK was charged with incest today when he wasnt the last time
and the sodomy charge went from first class to second!

To me DH committing suicide is basically an admission of guilt. Brittney and DH were close according to all accounts correct? It sounds like he may have been one of the main players in this 'ring' if not THE main player. If he and Brittney were close, I don't see how she could have not been involved or not had knowledge of it. Add drugs/a drug habit to that and anything is possible. Did Brittney work? How did she have money to buy drugs?

It is not unusual to be very close to someone and not know their sexual deviations. Sure she knew he was being investigated for it, but that doesn't mean she either believed it or was part of anything.

I think it is sad that instead of being considered the victim that she is imo, people have jumped to the conclusion based on nothing but she was family with these people that she is a part of it.

I believe she was killed by Donnie that night and that is why he killed himself once he returned to his senses.

I don't know how much or how little BW was involved in all of this. I don't know who knew and who didn't but I can tell you that there are those in this family that appear to be as blindsided by all of this as we have been.

DK's original charges are still the same PLUS he now has additional charges.

DW's charge of incest was dropped.

Good question. Not sure how to interpret Baldwin County Jail web results, but it does appear that charges from last month & this month could very well be separate charges.
Probably can't be sure without affiliated court numbers.

You could be right Silky but some things make much more sense to me if she was involved and he helped her run.

I want to make it clear that I for one believe IF Brittney was involved in any of this as a perp I believe she was most likely also a victim of these adults. Just as I think her brother is.
