I have shared and posted my theory. This is JMOO
My view is that, LE was investigating this entire family and BW is /was at that time probably : a victim( abuse), possibly entangled with her own possible charges ( drugs?) and a witness ( all).
They were closing in and BW possibly - was-playing both sides against the middle: got her child safe and settled, got the cash( from the MilkMall) when she met uncle with some plan, uncle complied out of conscience and hope that certain " other" evidence would not surface. She left birthday presents for her daughter and split. The uncle killed himself because he had no courage( to take responsibility) and no defense!
The evidence for my theory is based on the fact that so many alleged perps, abusers, and pedophiles have been seemless ly - charged and arrested since she disappeared.
Other evidence which supports the theory is based on the facts that LE believes that "she has left on her own and of her own free will and volition".
I think most people in the family has a stake in this -couldn't/can't be trusted- and was- and is, a threat to her safety and couldn't be trusted then and even now. I do not think LE would tell anyone if she was in hiding. (especially if she is to be a surprise witness)I hope she made it out - and is finally -safe and slamming them with charges all from a distance ( for their neglect, abuse, incest and pedophilia)
That is why and how, I believe that she ran away! SHe was (had reason to be )really very afraid.
But then...
before anyone yells at me....There is a small part of me- can see why people believe/fear that she did come to harm- was silenced. :-(
and truly....if she was ...yes yes yes....we owe it to her to find her!
On the other hand, if she is going to help lock up a bunch of child abusing perps- maybe- we would owe it to her to leave her alone?)
So...I am not 100% convinced in my own argument BTW,I am about 75% she ran away, and 25 % came to harm.
Either way I pray for her and all the children in and around this family.

Like everyone else I have theories but at this point they are fancy assumptions. My heart goes out to the family and friends tomorrow, it's her birthday and this is just the start of a sad lonely season without closure aka the holidays. I really hope something turns the page soon, I hate to think of Payton just thinking mommy is "bye bye" and will be back when Xmas rolls around. Breaks my heart.
