I'm happy she's been arrested and bond has been set higher than usual in this case.

But oh my can someone immediately get MWK and DK child safe???? This whole family should not have kids around them!

Don't be surprised if the bond gets reduced like it did in the other cases. Had to throw cold water on the party, but I'm already preparing myself for it.

I seriously doubt Dustin's famous football cousin's family will be footing any of Wendy's bail. Nope, no way. Her bail may be reduced, but only because of over crowding at the county lockup. Wendy Wood Holland is facing three 1st degree felony charges of deviant sexual crimes. She's going down. :seeya:

From day 1 when Wendy was on FB telling everyone about deleting Donny's voicemails and trying to access Brittney's cellphone to delete her messages...and LE is just now coming to the conclusion that Wendy knows more than she is letting on?? That knows exactly where Brittney is and about the heinous sex crimes against her own kin. I would love to have 10 minutes alone with her...she would not be smiling anymore when I am finished with her! ::bigfight::

I didn't say anyone in particular, but they have posted several thousands of dollars. Hopefully, wherever those monies were coming from, are drying up, whether it's their own money/assets or someone elses.

With all due respect, it is very typical for bonds to be reduced. Judges will typically error on the side of setting the initial bond too high. It is also typical that a hearing will follow wherein the defense attorney will request a reduction of the bond amount, stating whatever facts they believe support the reduction. The Judge will then weigh all of those facts and make a determination and, as I indicated, it's not unusual at that point, that the bond will be reduced. Most Judges I know do not take into consideration over crowding on serious charges like this (maybe on lesser charges). They will consider the severity of the crimes, the potential threat the person poses to the public if released on bond and the potential risk of flight that person poses if released on bond among other things.

Whether her bond is reduced or not has no bearing on the merits of the case. I agree with you, or at least hope, it is the case that she is going down.

I am somewhat surprised that those actions didn't lead to some sort of obstruction of justice charge along with the other sexually related charges.

Thank you for this link Of some of the videos I've watched, this was the best (I think). Like most, the gum chewing was the first thing that stuck out and the smirking. I couldn't tell if the video bit of Chessie was spliced in from a former date or that she was in court with her sister.
