This case is quiet because everyone around Brittney has their own agendas, which have always been and will always be more important than Brittney or any other child in this family.

I bet the only people in this "family" that even show concern are the youngest members.the innocents who wonder where their older cousin disappeared to. I pray they are getting some relief from their own hell now that milkman is dead & the others are being more scrutinized (one can hope). The innocents will talk amongst themselves. I hope they are secretly high fiving the victim that reported the uncle/dad/cousin/brother molesting ring. The young ones are the best hope to break this family cycle.
It makes me cringe thinking how the youngest memebers are herded into Thansgiving dinner. This holiday season has to be better, right? At least kent can't be around, yea a judge told him to stay away from family children...oh wait no he is allowed to roam the holiday feast as long as it is only family....

OT- in Australia today, the Prime Minister announced a Royal Commission in the the sexual abuse of children. The terms of reference have not been set thus far, but Royal Commissions normally expose a lot of secrets, and have far reaching consequences in terms of punishing the guilty, and hopefully righting systemic faults/problems. Can only be a good thing, surely?

This whole case has really been hard to read about. I just wonder if Brittany was going to spill the beans and Donnie killed her. Maybe she saw the possible future for her own child in this perverted family that she was a part of and told him that it was all over for him. IDK, just thinking of what could have happened to her.

Well, if my Cousin or Aunt Brittney disappeared because somebody told family secrets, and my Uncle or Dad died supposedly from his own hand, I as a younger child would be plain scared. I'd be worried I might be next. Hope there's counseling for all the children, but unless it's court ordered...will they get help dealing with the damage their family members have done with their selfish agendas?

Yea, imo that was uncles intention. I luv that the victim did tell someone. She was'nt to scared. She even told her aunt (who of course did nothing & was charged) I know how young girls look for any female to look up to. Being a mom to boys, I'm always taken back when I visit school or have a party and the girls just gravitate to me. They are 11 yr olds right now. They watch intentlly, they immulate, they are eager to show their appericiation...in my mind, that 8 yr old & her 10 yr old sister or cousin are looking to that older cousin/sister as a guiding light. I'm envisioning the girls getting together to cause issue w/ all of these perps if they show up for thanksgiving. What about the others charged can they be around children? Or just the families children. Rsw & holland jr. Wendy? Don't even tell me the "family friend" is invited.
Just typing that out screams WRONG! It is so wrong that a judge specifically allows kent to be around his children. now I'm back to plain scared for these girls to have to go to any house for anything in this family. How can they fight that many trusted adults? It's a horror movie come to life.

This case is such a sad one. I keep hoping she is alive and maybe just hiding somewhere. Then I realize, that if she was, she would at least find a way to check on her baby.

So far no one in her family has heard from her (as far as we know). I wish we would hear some news soon. I just feel that her Uncle shooting himself, supposedly with "her" gun, has something to do with her disappearance.

This is one truly messed up family.

Wasn't there talk earlier in this case about the family having some type of connections who were kind of protecting them or helping to cover for them? I hope and pray that this child raping group is contained within this family.

Ok I have brain Freeze!
Now is or was DH under investigation for the incident with his daughter and and scum bag DK?

I ask because I thought this young girl just went and told her AUNT after DH shot himself?
And then the arrests started.

Soooo there has to be a previous charge against DH correct?

I do not believe she is dead and im really leaning toward her feeding LE info.
Strange that she was with DH the night before he was to go to court.
Now either she is more involved in this and not in a good way or she is being used by LE for information or DH killed her.
I think if DH killed her we would have found her by now
so my bet is LE got her out of Dodge safe and sound and I dont think she will be back anytime soon (Whats to go back to) Her Daughter is with Daddy and is safe and sound or so it appears!
Last option is running away!
No matter what I believe her to very much alive!

I remember a case where a young woman had some drug charges and LE used her as an informer and the druggies killed her( LE lost her).

Something like this could have happend here!
These relatives are not beyond killing as i see it!
Esp if they can rape their own children!

I think Brittney is alive as well. She had every reason to vanish and not one reason to stay.

I think she got paid to tell and they helped her dissappear!

@Reedus, WWH aka goes to court on November 29. Let's pray she gets the chair (JK it is a misdemeanor trial, though I dearly wish it was conspiracy.) I hope she can be charged again for all of her other victims and that she won't cry double jeopardy. She committed the crime on numerous occasions. She should be right in the pen w the rest of where the perps are going. MWK too.
