Does anyone know what's going on w/ the younger holland's case.? wendy's up next week? what about rsw?
It's pathetic how the judge let kent out. Just makes me nervous and not want to hear how the others fair.
It's probably been written but what can we do? Can i write to the judge that let kent out? would it matter now? is it the same judge that will hear or sentence him down the road? or do i write a blanket letter to all of the judges in that district so they are aware of the public not liking how this is being handled.
I like someone's idea above. The judge should base their opinions based on "would you invite this person into your home, to be around your kids?"

TobyWong.. it certainly can't hurt! Brittney and every child in this sick family deserves so much more than what LE is doing! I think of the child who had the guts to tell what had happened to her, how she must feel knowing she was so brave and then DK just walks free again and again.

I wonder if there is any chance LE actually is investigating Brittney's disappearance and they just won't confide in any family members because they don't know where the sickness begins and where it ends? I would have thought something somewhere somehow would have been leaked about the investigation so I kind of doubt it but who knows. Maybe I'll check in one day to be surprised. Of course, I'd rather be surprised and check in and find out Brittney showed up in a court room, safe and sound, to testify against these family members.
lisette, the reason I don't think her daughter was a reason for her to stay is because I think she knew her daughter would be better off with her daddy. That her family was no place to raise a little girl. From what I understand, Brittney willingly gave her daughter to peyton's father and family.. I don't think there was a custody battle over it.

No doubt. I cannot find anything! i don't understand why there isn't a clear path to follow perps court records. IMO the general public should easily be able to find these things out.
so all I know right now is wendy goes the 29th. If I were Brittney's family I'd have a facebook or website set up just to bring light to all of these perps current court activities. You know, show how disgusted you are that these perps are your family members and how wrong it is and all that. jmo.
Obviously there was a completly different rape/incest/sodomy event that took place before the current charges for kent. His charges involve kent & the sr. holland (& wendy not telling what she knew). And the rape of holland's daughter by luring her w/ promise of a hampster. But the 20 yr old holland jr, derek wood, the family friend and randall scott wood were involved in another rape, since they have been charged w/ such. imo these involve Brittney or what she was disappeared for.
No way do I think she is alive. I think the whole lot of them got her to a location, killed her, while the group disposed of her, wendy took care of Brittneys cell phone(ping location and of course deleting), holland sr. killed himself w/ her gun as a way to tell on himself and to try and take the heat off the rest of his family and their participation. I've said before that I think Brittney was the main victim for this generation of her family but she was/is not the only one, she just had the most to divuldge because she had been vicitmized the most. Then the whole milkmall/man thing. imo

Britt was not the custodial parent she either handed over her daughter or lost custody of her daughter. To me she left her behind before she went missing!
She couldnt take care of herself let alone a baby!
Hopefully her child is in a safe place and is with her Father and grandparents!
As i see it the right decision was made!
Drugs and babies do not mix! Sex offenders and babies dont mix well either!
Sorry but thats my opinion!
They or others have. Just no new news out there right now anywhere regarding the Court dates.

They ALL had to know he was going to court the next day and for what!There is no way that was kept secret.
And he was probably going to go right to jail!

I always thought it a bit odd that CW didnt take or offer to take custody of BWs daughter since she knew Brittney couldnt take care of her. Not that it would be a good idea in that family but since she already had toddlers the same age it would seem almost natural to me to raise her grandchild as well. I believe the father had to fight for custody but what parent/grandparent would let things get that far?
Nevermind. I was thinking of a somewhat normal family. Brittney's daughter is better off with her dad and away from the Woods altogether.

wishful thinking. i believe they testify first. but this is usually for gangs,mafia,terrorists etc. hopefully they helped her hideout awhile until the trials.
