Is it possible after all of the trials for all of these family members that then someone would talk ? Let's say a few of them get LIFE in prison with no possibility of parole.. which seems could happen for a couple of these sickos.. then what is the harm of saying what happened to her if they know,,,,,,which they likely do?

That seems to be the only reason one would talk is to give the rest of the family closure if he knows he's sitting behind bars for life OR even plea bargain down with the info if he KNOWS what happened but did not DO the act .

Thoughts ?

They don't think like that. The question as they see it isn't what's the harm. The question for them is what's to benefit? If there's no benefit, they won't talk. That's why I think if anyone talks, it will be as their trial gets closer, more evidence is disclosed, they see they're looking at a lot of time and cut a deal for a shorter prison sentence.

On January 16th....Wendy, Dustin, Derek, Scott, and Paul Jr had a date with the court.

They were all indicted by the Grand Jury.

Randall Scott Wood and Dustin Kent, both waived their arraignments and pleaded not guilty.

Brittney's cousin- Paul Holland Jr, has filed for youthful offender status.

Billy Brownlee had a bond reduction hearing on January 17th (reduced from $200,000 to $15,000). He is still in jail.

Where did you hear that RSW's case was delayed? I thought he had just waived his arraignment and pled Not guilty.

I watched the news at 10:00 and from what I gathered, it was the "opinion" of the guy that found the skull that it had been there for awhile. I'll be eager to see what investigators think. They also said that more evidence was found at the scene but investigators did not comment on what evidence was found. Guess we will have to just wait and see.
I should clarify what the guy that was interviewed said: He said that it appeared the skull had been there awhile, like 1 or 2 years....... (this is why I'm interested to see what investigators think and why I added that it was his "opinion")

Brittney's been missing since May. Seems like IF Brittney is no longer with us and died on/around May 31, her remains would definitely be skeletonized.

I wonder where in proximity this skull was found compared to where Uncle Donnie & his wife were in the last days/hours of Uncle Donnie's life....

What is "the delta"? We don't have anything called a delta around here. Wiki says it's a land mass at the mouth of a river. Is that all that it means to you Alabama people who live nearby?

Yes. It's a large water area that empties into the Mobile Bay. Very swampy area.

To this local, the Delta area runs just north of 65 south to the Bay. I don't know what others may think or what the textbooks might say about that.

One more thing to cut down on confusion.....the "Grand Bay" bay you see in the first map I posted, is NOT Grand Bay, AL where Britt's phone last pinged.

A delta is an area of land that is very wet, kinda mucky in areas and very swampy. Think of the Mississippi Delta region and how swamping that area is.

I may be way off here, but you might think if the skull had been there for 2 or more years that there would be more plant growth around and through the skull. We've had a very mild winter also. I saw this on our local news earlier (I'm in Pensacola), and thought of Brittany immediately. Who ever this poor soul was I hope they were asleep or unconscious when they got shot. I can't imagine the fear of having a gun pointed right at your head.

Could there of been any storms, flooding that maybe could of resulted in it being dislodged from a different area?

IIRC, Uncle Don had an address in Stockton, Al which is very near the bridge the skull was found.

The plant growth through the side cavity seems to be as long as the surrounding plants.

Only the skull was found? Looks like the poor person was shot from above, execution style maybe?
