A spokesperson for the Mobile Police Department says a young woman's torso discovered Thursday on the beach in Bay St. Louis does not appear to be 19 year old Brittney Wood.

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) - Derek Wood, the brother of missing 19-year-old Brittney Wood is in Baldwin County jail on incest, rape and sodomy charges.

"Not all the people we're looking at were family members. It's unfortunate but our victims were preyed upon by several different individuals, three of which happen to be related," Lowery said.

Deputies said they anticipate at least two more arrests.
