According to published reports, Derek Wood’s arrest was the result of an investigation into two of his uncles, Randall Scott Wood, 42, of Athens, Tenn., and Dustin Alton Kent, 36, of Mobile, and is not related to the May 30 disappearance of 19-year-old Brittney Wood.

MOBILE, Alabama -- Another relative of missing teenager Brittney Wood has been arrested on charges of sex abuse, rape and incest according to the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department.

MOBILE, Alabama -- After searching about 30 acres of land in Tillmans Corner, search crews found no sign of missing mother Brittney Wood on Monday.

"At this point, it's all about the investigation until they uncover something that would lead to another search," said Brad Dennis, national search director for the Klaas Kids Foundation.
