Found Deceased AL - Howard Donald Warren, 76, Irondale, 11 Nov 2019 *endangered* *vehicle located*

76-year-old Howard Donald Warren has been missing since Monday afternoon. Warren's vehicle was found on Southside in Birmingham. Warren is 5'11" tall and he weighs about 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a military style beanie.

He was recently diagnosed with cancer, he has dementia, heart disease and COPD. He needs his medicine.
