Concerning husbands suicide: One of the posters (a few threads back) stated she lives on the same street as them and definitely knows the husband killed himself but she was young and doesn't remember much.. I was thinking (assuming you're at least 15 ) this article may not be online. Could be 15 maybe even 20+ years ago. Just thinking.

I may be wrong... but I thought the husband who killed himself was the bio-dad of the twins who are (were) 9 years old?

I just keep worrying that this perp without a conscience has taken advantage of someone else defenseless and is holed up in that person's home somewhere. I remember the case of murderer Brian Nichols who killed people in a courthouse in Atlanta and escaped into the community. He was found days later when the woman he had taken hostage in her condo was able to talk him into surrendering. That truly was a miracle for he too had nothing left to lose. This killer was eventually sentenced to LWOP.

I am praying for the same sort of resolution in capturing this fugitive, but I think it more likely that it will end badly. Have there been any public service announcements for the community to check on all those they know who live alone?

Great job, LE! They really did a remarkable job on this. I wish all of the cases were solved this easily. I'm glad he was caught without incident. I wish for him to have a really bad time in jail. Stick him in there with the general population. I believe I read that he's 5-foot-6. I'm sure he'll be a lot less of a tough guy without a gun in his hand. $10,000 is a lot of cash for some people. He may have let a friend or relative tip police just so they could get the cash for his arrest. I was hopeful yesterday when LE said they expected to have him this weekend.
