Quoted this post to bring the photo of her smiling forward/snipped for focus - she definitely is smiling imo. Could she have seen someone she knew? It looks to me like she's looking (and smiling) at someone/something.

I wonder if she was going to pick something up, something exciting, something that someone told her she needed to come get 'now or never...first come, first serve'. Hope they are looking at her computer, maybe Craig list or some neighborhood freecycle or nextdoor type thing.

Texting in the wee hours of the morning prior to embarking on her "journey"; bounding through the parking lot of the gas station, with a euphoric grin; wearing clothes that are not usual and appropriate to her "normal" custom of dress -- all suggest to me that she could have been in the grips of a "manic" state. Just my opinion, not based on fact. Mania can be induced by changes in medication, among other causes.

I believe she texted the members of her family about 1:30am the morning AFTER she went missing. Last seen (by who?) at 1:30-ishpm at home. Then seen on camera at the gas station at 1:45pm. The texts to family was at 1:30AM that night/morning. That's why it's imperative to know what that text said! And the family is not sharing that info (not saying they have to! just saying that holds clues to her state of mind).

I live near Moulton and it is strange that there isn't more going on to find Jennifer White or hardly any news coverage about her missing esp being the wife of a Moulton city council member

What is her relationship like with her husband? There have been quite a few comments on her as a sister, mother etc., but nothing on her as a wife.

Very good point, and, sadly, that may very well be what happened here, IMO: If not mania, a mental-health-related crisis of some sort.

When I heard about the 1:30 am text sent to several family members (so approximately 12 hours after she was last seen -by whom, we don’t know at this time- at home), I became even more concerned about a possible scenario like thr one described above.

Is it possible, however, the text was sent by someone other than Jennifer?

The remoteness of the location where her phone last pinged concerns me in that many missing persons whose bodies are eventually found in this type of area indeed turn out to be suicides. However, these types of environments are also perfect for hiding bodies, too.

I must have missed your post as I was writing my post! It looks like we are on the same wavelength.

It is possible Jennifer has been struggling with some sort of mental illness, IMO, especially with her MS, a couple of concerning posts on FB in the last couple of weeks, and at least for me, the fact that she was only wearing a t-shirt, pajama pants with no make-up on: Perfect description of me in the midst of a major depression episode.

But sometimes a situation like that is used for the benefit of someone with malice intent, too: “She had been struggling with depression, and therefore, she MUST have left to harm herself”-type of thing ....

Thats surprising no party searches, media coverage, flyers etc

When I was very young lived @ Harris Chapel in mt hope, back then Moulton was a small tight knit community everbody knew everbody and their business too

This is crazy to me that it seems nothing is being done to find this local lady. I will help and I'm sure others would also. But we can't find info about anything on searches or ?? Either the cops know something or they are showing their incompetence. And the husband has yet to be heard from. I know if it was my family member I would be screaming from the roof tops and begging for help.
