The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing individual. If anyone have information on the location of Jerry Browning, white male, 37 years old they are asked to contact the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department at 256-760-5757. Mr. Browning was last seen at ECM Hospital on or about 08-01-18.

Authorities searching for Florence man missing over a month

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office reports that Browning was last seen leaving Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence on Aug. 1. Investigators say he has health issues that require medical attention.

Reports indicate the 37-year-old Browning was at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital the morning of Aug. 1. He left on foot around 1 a.m.

Friends and family are concerned about Browning because he is an insulin-dependent diabetic.
