LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) - The suspect in an east Alabama double murder and kidnapping investigation has been transported back to Lee County from a Tennessee jail after waiving extradition, Auburn police confirmed Thursday.

Aaron Dontay Williams, 41, was taken into custody Friday, July 11, in Giles County, Tennessee, in connection to the kidnapping of his 4-year-old son, and the murder of his wife and 13-year-old stepdaughter.

The victims were Tyeisha Williams and Zy’nnya Wright, Aaron Williams’ wife and stepdaughter.
