Alert issued for man who disappeared from Sylacauga last month

Joshua Bryan Phillips, who may have a condition that impairs his judgment, was last seen Dec. 15 in Sylacauga, authorities said.

State authorities on Wednesday issued a missing and endangered person alert for a man who disappeared from Sylacauga last month.

Joshua Bryan Phillips, 41, who may be living with a condition that impairs his judgment, was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Dec. 15 in Sylacauga, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, which issued the alert.

Phillips was described as 5-feet 11-inches tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call Sylacauga police at 256-761-1556 or 911.
