We don't know the time of the actual 911 call. It may have been later, than 8:30.

I've search but unable to find call logs for BPD.

So the call was shortly after the abduction. Wonder why the Chief said it was delayed.

So 4 hours til the AA.

@Drc40, can you identify the exact spot where you think the video came from on google maps? The Chief I believe was purposefully vague about where exactly the camera setup was located.

Once again off the top of my head. It seems like the child was called in about 30 minutes before the police were called? That would leave 30 minutes for them to realize Kamille was missing and do a quick search? I need to stop this, sorry.

Don’t know but today he stated they were called shortly after she was seen on that video clip...

ETA personally I think there was a delay in getting out the Amber Alert and they were trying to justify that.

So approximately a 28 minute delay.
I guess the narrative being that they thought they could find her on their own and looking for her caused a long delay sounds better than saying you called immediately but that an undetermined amount of time had already lapsed because neither toddler was being properly supervised by either parent?

I don't know it just seems contradictory.

I feel like my head is going to explode with this case! I think it’s possible that the child KM is playing with knows the man they followed and KM follows the child.
So, I would think this person has to live or stay in the near vicinity probably laying low or has run by now. MOO

Reportedly, she was last seen about 8:30 p.m. and according to the information received this morning, she was reported missing to BPD shortly after the time seen on the video. In that case, the 8:29 time fits. MOO

She is one of the grandmothers and seemed to be the spokesperson for the family in the PC with the pastors speaking. The great grandmother spoke right after her. She's been in a few other pictures. She doesn't actually have blonde hair it's just part of her hair is dyed lighter. They may be extensions, too. Idk

So the party was thought to be going on on both sides of the buildings? Where is the Daycare with the camera and which road is the straight red arrow pointing to? I'm not so good with maps.

I thought maternal grandmother was the lady next to Cupcake’s mom in the live video shot by the newswoman yesterday morning. She’s the same lady that was sitting with Cupcake’s brother in that heartbreaking video where he talks about missing his sister. Heavyset lady with short frosted wig.

ETA: Went back and checked. Lady I described IS maternal grandmother. She is identified by newsman prior to showing video with brother’s interview.

Yes. That's what I have believed all along. Then in another video there was a woman who looked very young and she was saying she wanted her grandbaby back...I assumed that was DM's mother.
