Yes, the second child probably was called home or ran home on her own. She lived there, I believe. So it would be easy for her to know to run back home quickly. Cupcake was more vulnerable, imo, being away from home and basically unsupervised.

That could be how the adults were alerted to Cupcake going missing.

ALEA would have had a rush on it.
Lots of exclusionary dna tests unless they had blood evidence. Randomly swabbing a vehicle could be dozens of samples and hundreds of hairs.
It’s a lot different when they have evidence from a victim (fingernail scrapes, semen etc.)to match POI

I'd just like to add that the ones around me who wear that style do not limp. Quite the opposite they walk sideways with upper legs tight for fear their pants are going to fall down. They absolutely do not take long strides or swing their arms. It's more like a slow duck walk. I guess could be perceived as a limp if viewing on a grainy dark video. But these guys are moving quickly even without the speed of the clip being changed.

I also know that people out and about at night with nefarious plans wear layers of clothes so they can be removed. They cannot be identified then by their clothing.

I just say kudos to whoever can see baggy pants, long dreadlocks, another car, etc. I can't see diddly squat that would help identify anybody. Good sleuthing.

• LE searched two large apartment complexes.
• LE has video.

MOO....LE/FBI appears to be moving in the right direction.

I had not read or heard of them using dogs. Do you know where and what type of dogs? Cadaver dogs or search dogs? I've been wondering about that. Dogs were noticeably not in the very first videos with the officers out searching.

Police believes them to be different people. They seem to know who the second guy is and are looking for the first guy.

I can see the car go by - it's near the end after adult #2 appears in the video and close to the time that all three disappear from view.

I surely cannot make out baggy pants and dreadlocks though, and it's hard to say about the gait/limp. I think we could make a case either way on that. MOO

Alright here goes. I’ve been dreading this post. I realize there are many here who may not agree with this. Everything is JMO.

While this might not be a common scenario, at this time I am NOT ready to rule out the possibility of some kind of sick child ring, imprisonment, live web abuse, snuff.

This is based on a few factors which include (very basic descriptions):

1) PF’s criminal charges which include possession and intent to distribute (although so far we have not seen (yet) “manufacturing” or “advertising” re: ).

•Yes, any given pedophile likely has child .

2) The potential that there are two males involved here.

3) The potential of an abusive female in the picture. Women are sometimes involved in these rings.

4) The proximity to the Super Highway.

5) Possibility of “scouting” and potentially random nature of crime.

6) Expansion of AA to other states.

7) The growth of this industry and money involved.

8) PS is 39. He likely didn’t just wake up one day to this. In other words, “birds of a feather”, he could have “contacts” and could be in rather deep.

9) The Chief did not deny the possibility that she could be “moved around”. This doesn’t fit with a classic pedo abduction.

10) LE’s words over and over that they think “others are involved”.

11) Other reasons not named here based on my intensive research.

In a classic pedophile abduction, well we know all about that...

This could be a little different imo and that scares the heck out of me for little CC.

We often do not see multiple individuals in a classic pedo abduction.

This does provide the hope that she is still being held alive, but unfortunately under unspeakable, unspeakable circumstances.

Again, I’m not saying this is the most likely scenario, but I am saying that this possibility is still strongly on the table for me, moo.

FTR I have about 8 hours in just this week alone studying child rings (barf). Again, while it may not be common, I have come across some cases where children were indeed abducted specifically for this purpose.
Again does it mean this is common? It really doesn’t have to be just for it to exist.

If this is not a single perp then the possible indication here is there could be something “bigger” going on.

Remember this is a very specialized pedo interest, toddlers. Due to the nature of this being highly illegal and rather specialized, there is big money on the table and a very dark and encrypted underworld.

The facts would astound you, and break your heart. I will refrain from details but just saying that this sort of thing DOES exist, whether common or not.

Remember, this isn’t a common situation to begin with, potentially multiple individuals.

I agree and I probably saw the same Forensic Files show where they explained what is involved in doing a proper forensic search of a vehicle. They have protocols where they know the most common areas to swab for fingerprints and take material for DNA analysis and I agree it takes a lot of time to do it properly.

I think I read an article within the last day or so that had a LE statement that they are still waiting for DNA results from the vehicle so I am guessing they have sent samples to be tested already and are waiting on the DNA test results.

Hopefully they have fast-tracked it and will get it soon. Probably one of the main things they are looking for is to prove whether or not Cupcake was in the vehicle. If they can prove she was in there, I suspect "kidnapping" charges will come down quickly on whoever was proven to be driving and/or in that vehicle the day she was taken.

If we're talking about the same moment (and, I think we are) it looks like a second person when I pause the video but moves in parallel while he's walking so I'm guessing that it's his shadow. MOO

I had the impression initially that there was more kids outside at the time this all happened.

The other thing is that I don't see the 11 yr old in the video clip, but then that might just be my old age showing through.

I actually wondered about that as well, if he looped back around. But the clothing appears different, moo and LE seems to think these are most certainly two separate individuals.

Thats been my biggest question too. All I first heard about was the 11 year old and what he may have seen. Someone else present at the party even mentioned about a man giving kids candy. This was the day before we even saw the PC and video with the men walking by the two children picking things up.

So I was surprised when the video came out that the child with Cupcake does not appear to be the 11 year old.

So this new child hopefully has given LE lots of details they need and I hope LE has thoroughly questioned everybody at the party because there was obviously other helpful things from others.

One other thought was someone yesterday mentioned that maybe a Pinata' was used at the party and maybe was setup around the location where the two young girls are on that video picking up stuff. That is a good theory that maybe that is why the girls were in that area to begin with. Then the abductors may have realized that if they just brought candy of their own they could lure the children.

Why not? Aren’t tracking dogs brought in quickly to maintain scent while hot? Wait a dang minute. Why not period? Since when are dogs not one of the most reliable LE Canine tools use when tracking victims or suspects not utilized? Why wouldn’t they?
