I'd love to know what her father is referring to in his youtube video when he says "She's gonna go back to jail, she trying to sell my baby back to me".

Has LE confirmed that that was actually him in the video?
Didn't they tell people to avoid rumors on SM?
Was it a recent video or an older one?
How do we know he is talking about Cupcake's mother?

I have tried to watch the two guys walking and find any detail but it just doesn't play well on my tablet. Does it look like it is still daylight though, it does to me, but sunset was at 6.08pm and last light was at 6.33pm that evening? Is the clock even set on Daylight savings time, I wonder?

I think the DNA tests are back and CC DNA isn’t in that car.

They have rapid DNA tests for these types of cases.

Another thing to note, and I know I sound like Fitzgerald from the Closs case, is that imo this is an active and fluid investigation, subject to change by the minute based on the information that LE receives and the subsequent analysis of that information. So my point about this is, that certain things, for example the existence of a “white woman”, could already be ruled out, but we just don’t know about it.

Oooooh, I wonder if the kids were behind the fence but close to the end of the fence. Because when I was watching the video I noticed the first guys sweater looks white until he walked right by the children. I couldn’t figure out why his sweater magically looked like it turned black once he reached the kids. Could that possibly be the reason? Anyone else see that?

ETA- hm, I just replayed the video. I don’t see a fence in the video where his sweater changes color though.

It is a black wire fence. You can see both the houses side and the Tom Brown Village side of the fence in this pic. It looks like it is a high fence on both sides.



I just rewatched the video. I think the girls were on the Tom Brown Village side of the fence, at the sidewalk. Not within the fenced playground area.

Now I’m going to be very specific on technicalities. IIRC, I remember when that piece of information came out and it was when the photos of the vehicle on the road were released, before PS and QJ were arrested. In that specific quote by @PommyMommy that I’m referencing, iirc, it was not stated specifically that it came from the 11 year old. Although I do believe this to possibility be the case, that it came from the 11 year old, I want to be sure we have that definitively in quote if stated as fact my friend.

And if we do find such a quote (hard to keep up with every single thing here, it could exist), I would think the witness would be able to differentiate between a white and black person as I mentioned, even if it was a child witness and even if it was dark, particularly if in a predominantly African American neighborhood.

Normally I am veeeeeery cautious when it comes to witness descriptions; I personally believe they are highly subjective with room for much error. (The Oprah purse snatching experiment nailed that one for me many years ago). But if it was a child who saw a white woman, or at least even “person” (genders can be tricky sometimes with long hair, etc), I’m not ready to discount this.

Well, it is her father, and he calls Cupcake his child....
I don't know who he is referring to, that's why I stated in my post I wish I knew. Logic tells me it is the baby momma he mentions though...
This is not spreading FB rumors, he is the one who videoed his own conversation.

I saw the fence right away. It looks very similar to the angle seen on Google Maps from the daycare. I wonder if video is from there.

According to other children, a man and a woman in a dark SUV picked up Kamille. An 11-year-old boy said he saw a man get out of the SUV, pick up Kamille and put her in the vehicle.

You would think if someone was going to post a video about a crime they would have done a little research on the case. He didn't seem to know anything about an arrest and said that LE must be thinking the two people seen in the video have nothing to do with the abduction.

LE seemed pretty clear about their belief that the second man is involved and the first is a person of interest.

My mind has gone several times to the Seminole Shooter. Those videos of the Seminole Shooter are especially important because they provide good reference as related to night vision cameras and “colors” (black clothing appears in footage as white clothing).

The Seminole Shooter lived right there in the neighborhood, iirc. I realize these are totally different cases (serial shooter vs. child abduction) but the “walking” reminds me of it. He worked at the McDonalds in the neighborhood, iirc.

I’m also very much reminded of the “walking video” of the perp in Hania Aguilar’s case.

Which reminds me, how long did the vehicle processing take on that, was trying to remember.

Also remember in her case, the perp’s name was originally mentioned early in the case with no charges filed, but later was indeed charged.

Well we really don't know what LE has at this point. They "may" have a hair or a partial print of Cupcake. They would certainly need more IMO. She is in jail and he I have no doubt is being watched intently. Many a case we have followed where LE continued their Investigation to ensure a solid case. He did have time to detail that vehicle. I have a feeling little Cupcake wasn't in the vehicle for very long and crime did not take place in the vehicle. IMO

Birmingham Police Department: The Birmingham Police Department announced earlier today that there are plans to perform a grid search in the kidnapping investigation of Kamille McKinney. It was also announced that we would accept community volunteers to aid in the search. After further planning and evaluation of the chosen search area, command personnel found that sufficient volunteers and personnel from the BPD are already in place to perform the search. Thanks to all those who have contacted the BPD to volunteer and others with plans to assist with this operation. The Birmingham Police Department will continue to keep you informed of any major developments in this investigation.

Considering the critical time factor in this case since Day 1, I have no doubt any potential DNA evidence is being fast tracked by all means possible whether it’s via RAPID or otherwise, moo.
